Hey /InstagramMarketing!
My name is Ken and I am the creator behind backyardeverything where I make gardening content. I'm setting an intention for myself to put more effort into growing my audience and would love to find other's who have gardening accounts of a similar size who are also working to grow.

- post mostly reels
- been posting to it semi-regularly for 2 years with some few-week-long breaks
- Had a handful of posts break 10k views
- I'm 33 years old in growing zone 8a/b

2025.01.24 14:42 UnionCapable Just found out I have GD
So today my obgyn called me and told me that I have GD. I am devastated and don’t know how to function right now. Immediately went to get an appointment with a diabetologist at my clinic I’ll give birth at. (My obgyn told me to go immediately.) At the clinic they gave me an appointment for February 4th, so in 11 days. I asked her what to do until then and she seemed pretty chill and just said: “Watch what you’re eating and stay a bit active.” Now I have to wait till I can talk to a professional about it and I’m freaking out. I read a bit online and also the information sheet she gave me and it says that the chance of developing type 2 diabetes later in life are 50% because of that. I’m just really scared right now. Anyway I’m 26+0 today, always hungry, already trying to eat balanced and healthy AND my baby is even measuring small (13th percentile or something). I’m just totally confused now.

Hi so I'm not even sure what subreddit to post about this in but this one makes the most sense to me.
So I have ehlers-danos syndrome a.k.a hypermobility, hypermobile joints and I want to start progesterone soon. However, I've heard in menopausal cis-women that the progesterone can increase joint laxity and worsen the pain. I'm wondering if there's anyone out there who knows if it's safe or if they have any experience with progesterone as a trans woman with hypermobility.
I'd like to start progesterone as I'm 3+ years estrogen and want to go further with my transition but I'm not sure if it's a good idea due to my disability.

I have an older MacBook Pro and have no issue connecting one monitor to it. However, I am now in the phase of my job where I’d like to have 2 monitors. I purchased an adapter at one point but when I connect it the two external monitors are…mirroring each other? As it stands now I have to have an adapter for one of the monitors for HDMI. And I only have 1 hdmi port on my laptop.
The device/adapter I purchased was not correct. I know someone told me at one point what type of adapter I’d need for this to work but now can’t remember. I have both monitors already.

 | When the yellow glass in the picture turns out to be nada, there may be cadmium to make the wife happy. Wife went to estate sale yesterday on the off chance there was some glowies amongst some yellow glass they had out on the porch. I doubted it as it looked like some cheap crystal or something else but you gotta be sure. Apparently she met some other woman there looking for the same thing so that’s interesting, so much competition no one likes to chat and talk shop. We’re super friendly and it sucks people want to close down and act like it’s a secret lmao. Trying to keep it as SFW as possible, i believe people of Indore are much more orthodox when it comes to exhibitionism and exploration.
I've been the part of the community for months now, but it seems pretty dry. Not a lot of active members other than a few people posting for their paid services and stuff. XYs are not allowed to post and XXs are basically non existant.
My notions about the city are changing as I'm getting familiar with people and their lifestyle. My geniune doubt is, was it the same before? Are people not interested or this isn't a safe city for such stuff?
