White Marble staining on shower floor. Not minerals First pic - whole floor-ish, 2nd - close up of stained pieces, third - four isolated cuts. Floor is about 18 months old. I always apply a minimum of four coats of sealer on a shower floor. (Aqua Mix Choice Gold) After a year, the homeowner had a marble restoration company assess what was happening (I was not told of this until much later). The restoration company used a poultice to remove the discoloration. They were successful removing, then resealing. Now it's happening again. The restoration guy has been doing his thing for a very long time and I've been a tile guy for over forty years. We're perplexed. It's a standard chloraloy pan and concrete. At this point, I'm sure I've done hundreds of not thousands of showers floors, and there was nothing special about this one. A stone guy thought it might be the glue holding the mesh on the tile. I'm leaning towards this theory.

Archive try on- Hi--- Sharing some Archives purchases – I am 50 years old and not so slim anymore - And I am new-ish to Sezane, so ordered a bunch trying to figure out sizes and what looks good.
Some details:
5’7” 160lbs. US sizes: tops: Med/10 or Large/12 if want loose more causal fit. Pants/bottoms: Large/size 12
  1.  Rosalinda blouse – Leo – size 42/10 RETURN– huge in shoulders and body. Would need to go down 1-2 sizes, Too bad because I liked the print. Fabric not super soft but seemed like it would hold up/not too fragile. ** why so large? I have silk Chlo’s in size 10/42 and the shoulders and body fit quite well! 
  2.  Aubin Jumper in Ecru – size XL –KEEP? soft and nice weight to it. Ivory is not the best color on me but a classic so may keep. 
  3.  Viktor Coat in Prairie Check, size 42/10 – RETURN Huge in shoulders on me. And I usually prefer loose outerwear layers under – but this swallowed me whole. If you are on shorter size, think length would be quite long also. Seems like nice quality though. 
  4.  Suzon Coat in Taupe/Multi XL MAYBE KEEP? Need advice. Large in shoulder and body, could have sized down one. But easy to fit bulky sweater under and fabric is nice – not itchy! Color more for Fall in my opinion but that is ok. 
  5.  Chuck Trousers London Bouquet size 12/44 RETURN –– don’t know what I was thinking – busy print pants are not good if you are not slim (IMO) – print look like PJ bottoms on me - I knew I would prob not like but wanted to see how the size was. As you can see, I would have to get several inches taken in waist. And when you have tummy, I don’t think this super high waist is helpful. 
  6.  KEEPING – Chlo in size 42 ;; Vert Green - love it. 
  7.  NO photo of try on- RETURN – Armand jumper xl - – itchy – too wide and sort of stiff.
    All in All I liked most items, sizes still a little tricky for me to figure out 😊 pardon mess in background! Painting my room and everything scattered all over!

For convincing my mother to move to Port Townsend, WA with me.
I have been staying in Port Angeles for the past 2 years working in Sequim with my Uncle.
Anyways the Peninsula is a dream come true as even the winters in CA are too warm for me (the medication I’m taking gives me hot flashes)

Hi,
What I am wondering is does Chase allows transfer of cash back (Freedom Unlimited/Flex) to miles (Sapphire Preferred) for travel and move to transfer partner. I know that over at Capital One I can do that wit Savor ($) and Venture X (miles). More detail below: (more questions at the end)
I currently have the duo credit card of Cap1 Venture X and Savor (One).

I want to integrate into the Chase system due to their transfer partner being really good especially for domestic (U.S).
I was thinking about the Chase Sapphire Preferred ($95 AF). 3x miles on dinning and online grocery. (probably just use it for dining or travel [domestic]).
But then I also saw the Chase Freedom Unlimited and Flex (also pls recommend which one is better to get). Neither of them have an annual fee so if I can transfer cash back to miles, I'd just get one of these cards to start without thinking much.
(also not too familiar with other benefits of the 3 Chase cards mentioned, feel free to comment)

Hello all!
My wife and I have had our machine for over a year now and we absolutely love it. Only issue we have is that the settings we have set currently is to make a perfect cappuccino, however, if we’d like to make an expresso, we’d have to change those settings and risk having to dial in our cappuccino settings again.. unless we write them down or take a picture of them.
I know this will mainly be a preference thing, but anyone know if there is a link or PDF or any kind of resource of what the optimal settings for each drink should be ?
My plan would be to take those settings and make some kind of laminated menu with the “best” or preferred settings for each drink.
