I 34f know the title sounds a little off but my Niece 18f is currently pregnant and due to a genetic condition she has their is a 25ish% chance this child will be born deaf. Due to things she has said i and my sister know she would most likely not keep the child and drop it off to my sister if this is the case. My sister doesn't have the means to care for another child at all without it being deferential to all of her kids. So she sat down with me and asked if I would take the child. This was a 100% yes from me.
Here is my question for those born deaf or went deaf at a young age.
When did you get your cochlear?
If it was when you were a young child would you have preferred to wait?
I want to be ready to advocate for them if it is need. I 100% already plan to enroll them in the school for the deaf about 40mins from me for atleast elementary and let them choose for middle and high-school. Also due to my 4th cusion being deaf ASL will be their first language. so in high stress situation they can choose to us an interpreter if they would like. But my cousin got his implant young in the 60s and was rasied where the only 100% asl user was his mom and dad.
Please any advice as to yes young age or let them choose would be gratefully accepted. I want to be ready if the time comes.

So the 400g Iridescent sample is the last thing I need to complete the helm. I know you're supposed to be able to get one guaranteed 400g sample per account per week from the Demolishers Beacon on Nessus but I've been trying for a few weeks and all I'm getting is legendary weapons. I don't know if any of this makes a difference, but I've made sure I was the one to activate the beacon, I've even waited until after reset one week incase it recognised the assimilated beacon being from before reset or something (I don't know how it works). I've not had any luck with anything I've tried and next week is the last week so I'm pushing it for time now. If anyone knows why I'm having an issue or any advice it would be greatly appreciated!

I am trying to send product to Amazon for FBA. Every time I try to go forward in the process and purchase the shipping for the small parcel delivery (SPD) I get an error and it says that UPS is unavailable and a check my ship from address and try again.
It seemed like maybe it was my address and so I used UPS address and that also did not work. I live in the city and there’s nothing strange about my address so I’m not really sure why I’m unable to use the Amazon partner carrier.
I also made sure to select the correct marketplace, which is the US.
Has anyone else have this problem and have you found a solution to this?
The only method that I have found that would let me move forward is if I chose a non-Amazon partner carrier but that increased my cost to ship 5X.
