I have been with my boyfriend for a year when we started dating and some time in the relationship i was showing him something on discord and showed that a younger male friend from my past (we texted when i was still a minor but as an 18 year old it seemed a bit weird so i unfriended him) added me to friends again and my boyfriend asked me to screen share and show all the messages even before we dated. We were purely friends obviously because of the small age difference but in general i was never into that i guess so nothing weird was on it just friends texting. Then he proceeded to make me block which i did because if he wants that i really dont mind doing anything like that for him. We had a lot of trouble with me trusting and believing anything he says because he broke my trust so many times and i asked him for access to his discord account which might piss off people but he promised to try and make me trust him again and i thought this could help i just wanted to see if he agrees and i know its not right to do but i wanted to see the servers he's in or if he's been lying about something else (sore reason why we had trust problems) and he said no because he had "bad" texts with a friend also explained that it wasnt sexual but that they were being racist. either are bad but i said that if its before we started dating idm and still wanna see. He said he'll check when he did he said he was being racist even when we were dating (which im not okay with) and that he doesnt wanna show the messages. i feel like its his private stuff but considering that i show everything he ever asks and im the one with trust issuses because of him i should be able to see and see this part of him. Is there any way i can trust him again and if this is something worth being mad over. this is my first relationship and im very insecure in it and my trust issues dont help. Is it okay for me to be mad about this?

Days ago, I nearly had a panic attack over HIM again, I don't know it I'm going insane or what. People told me to get off Social Media and focus on my god damn life, but how can I do that when several lives are at risk and I can do nothing about it, I remembered people tell me to go to a blue state and I do live in a blue state (California) for they are planning to oppose against the dumbass, yet I was consumed by my anxiety that I still wasn't safe. Which is why, maybe in a year or two, I'm gonna convince my family to leave this shithole once and for all
I was horrified, I was scared for my mom, some friends, and the economy. I want to numb myself from all of this, but I can't, it keeps dragging me back to the hellhole. And I was scared on what he's gonna do, make pedophilia, rape, and any sex crimes legal, even make murder itself legal?! I'm currently back in school, and I'm scared for that too. I may be 15, but I'm still just a kid, a kid who doesn't deserve to go through this shithole.
I just wanted to numb myself at that moment.
But, now that I've calmed down, I finally decided that starting next week, I'm gonna be done from Social media and do things that genuinely make me feel good, draw, sit down outside, and maybe hang out with some family and play games, cuz I need it desperately
But ask me this, was it justified or did it make me worse

In the books, Lucius plants the diary on Ginny just before the school year starts. But surely that is the worst possible plan? There’s no way he would have known if Ginny would even take the diary with her to school. Even if he just wanted it at the Weasley house so he could call in a tip, would the diary even be seen as being a dangerous object to someone who doesn’t know that Voldemort’s name was Tom Riddle?
More importantly, WHY does he even have that on his person at that time? I know he was getting rid of his other dark magic items but he literally has a hidden room in his house. Why not leave the diary there and plant it himself at Hogwarts later? (Though he is smart not to give it to Draco, that kid would blab) It’s just so weird to me that he carried the diary around.
Was he just awkwardly waiting outside F+B’s for weeks, waiting to see the Weasley’s so he can fistfight Arthur and put the plan into effect? The first time I read it, I thought he was just ditching a book that belonged to Voldemort and thought it was funny to give it to Arthur’s kid because they had beef with each other. But Lucius knew it was related to the Chamber of Secrets (because Dobby goes to warn Harry Potter) so it was more intentional that that…but that brings me back to why he was carrying it around in the first place if he wasn’t 1000% sure he would see the Weasleys?
(Side note: how pissed do you think Voldemort was when he came back but was already down one Horcrux because Lucius “randomly” decided to send the diary to the school without direct orders? He could have just kept it in that basement and Harry would never have known about it!)

2025.01.24 17:40 ChocolateMiddle9394 New electrolux dryer stopped working after a few days
Brand new Electrolux dryer (model: ELFE7537AT) was delivered January 14th. We installed it, hooked up the exhaust and ran 3 loads over the following few days. On the 18th, went to run a load and the dryer stopped after 5 seconds. I tried several different cycles including timed dry, no heat, etc., still with the same result. The display looks like it's spinning (as if it's sensing the load) but then ends the cycle. The dryer turns on just fine and starts the cycle, it just won't run past the first 5 seconds and never gives a time that's left.
We have tried cleaning the moisture sensors and cleaning the lint catcher. Obviously there is not much lint as the dryer is brand new. We even pulled the dryer out, detached the dryer exhaust hose from both the dryer and the wall to ensure it wasn't blocked or kinked. We reset the main breaker and unplugged the dryer for 3 minutes to reset (per Electrolux). We checked the wiring of the main power supply cord in the dryer.
Electrolux has already been painful to deal with, and our service call is scheduled a week from today. Cursory google searches have turned up potential issues such as the moisture sensors, door lock, a blown thermal fuse, a bad motor... We are handy but apprehensive to do too much as we don't want to void our warranty.
