Hi folks, after some advice. Discovered this on the roof of my 2021 CX-5. Looks like some past bird lime has caused the damage. I only noticed it recently as I was cleaning some fresh bird lime off the car. Spoke to two chip repair places and they said I would need a complete roof respray. Thing is I don’t want to pay hundreds of £’s for a mark that anyone under 6” would ever see. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

2025.01.24 18:14 Beej_88 Nvidia 1660 Super Top Screen flicker on 165hz Monitor AOC Q24G2A/BK
I recently bought a new monitor (AOC Q24G2A/BK ) after my MSI Optix G241 was broken by someone. However, there's a very annoying flicker on top of my screen happening now and then (didn't happen on my MSI), happens on the browser but also in-game. The NVidia settings are set on max, and the resolution and hz are set on max. I have a nivida Nvidia 1660 GEforce SUPER and a Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz (6 CPUs), ~2.9GHz.
Tried to update the nivida drivers tot he latest (566.36), but that didn't help so downgraded to 560.94 which I ahd prior to getting the monitor, but also didn't help.
I've only connected one monitor (although someone briefly tried to setup a 2nd monitor on my pc to test something, which seems like when the flickering started). This one's connected via DP. Oh, and running W10.
Don't know whta to do about it, is my monitor faulty? Cable issues? Is my CPU/GPU too weak? I have low vision and any screen distortions are making it worse for me to see.

2025.01.24 18:14 CG1991 Is there a catalogue for all droid parts?
Basically, I'm off to Galaxy's Edge later in the year and want to do the Droid Depot.
On Googling, I can see you can buy additional accessories, parts, personality chips etc. but I'd love to browse a full catalogue now so I know ahead of time what to get.
Is there anywhere I can find this please? I don't know if I'm just missing something super obvious

I have been having some issues with my job, stress, and anxiety. I am extremely stressed and anxious about my job and was wondering about calling them to get some short term coping strategies. I am in the waitlist for counseling and have done the walk in clinic thing. That kind of helped but not much. I mainly just talked to a nurse and she then made an appointment with my care coordinator who I talked with for a bit. Not too helpful and she could not give me an estimated time I would be able to be seen by a counselor.
Has anyone just called the crisis line to just mainly talk out a few things? I am not going to harm myself or anyone else but don’t really have a realtime person to talk to and maybe get a different perspective.

 | How do I know if my extraction site is healing normally? I'm petrified of getting dry socket. The site definitely has something in it and it is a reddy colour which has gone grayish. It has been around 48 hrs since extraction and I am conscious now that the dentist is closed over the weekend. For starters we are married, and I am pregnant. We are a blended family, and this is not the first time this has happened, but this time his response was your pregnant so no one knows what you can eat anymore, be offended, and fine you win. I washed the dishes while he made bacon, french toast and pancakes. I told him to let me know when he was done and I could figure out what to eat. I saw that there were only two slices of bread, and plenty of bacon, since I don't eat French toast or waffles I thought no problem, I will just make a little sandwich. I washed all the dishes and waited, I would have helped but he doesn't really like having help in the kitchen. He made his sons plate, and was still cooking. Once he was done, he made his plate. He took all the pancakes, which was whatever. But, he didn't even leave a piece of bacon for me. I was very upset, this isn't the first time doing this. I took a few minutes and calmed down, and started some bacon so I could have a sandwich. I told him I was making it since he didn't even leave a piece for me. His response was I should have said I was hungry. One, I did before he ever started cooking, we discussed how it was a toss up, sometimes bacon makes me sick, and sometimes it doesn't,, that I never know. But, my response in the moment was I didn't know I had to say I wanted to participate in a family breakfast. He responded that no one knows what I can eat anymore since I'm pregnant. I made a point that he should have asked, and should I just start cooking for only my child at dinner time, and not the family? He told me to be offended, and then that I win. I told him there is no winning with this, my husband didn't even ask while cooking or making his plate, he just took it all and it's not the first time. Yes, I said yeah I'm winning here, I have an inconsiderate husband who doesn't think about his pregnant wife. I'm pretty upset, he acted like I was just offended for nothing, and had no reason to be upset. He seems to value Reddit's input, what are your thoughts? His position is that I'm offended, and I should have said I wanted to eat breakfast with him and his son. We're married, we live together, am I the only one who thinks this was completely inconsiderate? He hasn't even apologized, I'm pretty unhappy that this had happened twice now. What are your thoughts? AITAH?

2025.01.24 18:14 Independent_Chaos How do you keep yourself busy in the last 4 weeks of pregnancy?
35 weeks pregnant, and I have noticed time is really dragging by these days. I am still working, but it’s difficult and stressful to be productive. I am constantly counting days to deliver and obsessively looking for signs of labors. Working out has become very very hard and it’s not even fun anymore. How do you distract yourself?
