I've searched but haven't been able to find anything. Currently staying in the center by the clock tower and was hoping to try and see the lights tonight. I don't have a car and no tour booked. Is it reasonable to be able to see them from close to where I am, or to walk less than 30mins or so 1 way. The roads don't seem walkable and trying to determine if I'm crazy for wanting to try this?

Hallihallo liebe Community,
ich bin hier Recht neu, lese ab und zu mit und dachte mir ich hole mir Mal eure Ratschläge und eure Meinungen ein.
Ich bin den Schritt gegangen, mich stärker um meine mentale Gesundheit kümmern zu wollen. Themen sind grob Stimmungsschwankungen, Antriebslosigkeit, Depression (was ich nicht in den Mund nehmen will ehe es nicht die akute Diagnose gibt) und Gedanken an Selbstverletzung/Suizid. Meine Familie hat auch einige harte Fälle, und ich wollte die Therapie nutzen, das Ganze ebenfalls aufzuarbeiten; irgendwie hängt ja immer alles miteinander zusammen.
Jetzt bin ich bei einem Therapeuten, wir haben die zweite probatorische (insgesamt die vierte) Sitzung hinter uns (jeweils ca 50 min). Den letzten Termin müsste ich leider absagen, da ich krank war; wir hatten uns wegen Weihnachten und allem drum und dran seit ca. 7 Wochen nicht mehr gesehen. Mir ging es die letzte Zeit auch vermehrt schlechter und ich dachte, in der Sitzung ein Ventil finden zu können.
Nun haben wir heute gesprochen und irgendwie hat sich kein richtiger Flow entwickelt. Wir haben wie bei der letzten Sitzung zusammen den mittlerweile vierten Fragebogen ausgefüllt (zwei in den Sitzungen, zwei ich alleine Zuhause). Er riet mir auch zum Hausarzt zu gehen, um Blutwerte zu messen; es könnte ja auch eine Schilddrüsenüberfunktion oder ähnliches sein. Auch gab er mir noch einen weiteren (!) Fragebogen mit, den ich Zuhause ausfüllen und nächstes Mal mitbringen soll.
Einen ausführlicheren Fragebogen zur Lebensgeschichte (das war der dritte Fragebogen) hatte ich in den letzten Wochen ausgefüllt und heute mitgebracht, den wollte er sich aber in Ruhe durchlesen. Auch habe ich für die vorherigen Sitzungen bereits viel zu meinem Leben erarbeitet (und mir viel Mühe gegeben). Doch besprochen hatten wir die Sachen nur kurz und sind auch nicht mehr darauf zurück gekommen. Schlussendlich fragte er mich in der Sitzung wieder einmal, was ich für Therapieziele habe und was genau ich behandeln möchte.
Ich habe das Gefühl, er stochert mit den ganzen Fragebögen absolut im Dunkeln. Oder ist das normal, weil man Diagnosen ganz genau abgrenzen muss?
Der Weg zum Arzt erscheint mir zum Abklären logisch. Aber bezogen auf alles, was wir mittlerweile besprochen haben, finde ich es etwas komisch, von körperlichen Problemen auszugehen die auf die Psyche schlagen, wenn es mMn genug psychischen Zündstoff in meinem Leben gibt. So wirkt es für mich, als wolle er mir die Therapie einfach .. naja... Ausreden. Drehe ich einfach nur am Rad und ist doch alles okay? Soll ich einfach weiter machen mit den Sitzungen?

I climb 6b-c quite comfortable. But for added safety, pace I would like to climb some long rock routes up 5c. Glacial approaches are fine. Multi day trips are okay too. A little snow on the route are ok, but I dont want any ice or mixed climbing.

I'm a graphic designer helping design icons for a company that wants to standardize its dashboard designs. I've never used Tableau.
They requested an icon that represents "jumping to a specific view." I didn't know what this meant, so I asked for clarification, but not being a Tableau user, I'm still left scratching my head.
After searching online, it looked like others used radio buttons or drop-down menus to switch between views rather than an icon.
However, not having ever used Tableau, it's hard for me to give a recommendation on what would be the most intuitive way to visually convey switching the user's view?
