It is exactly how it sounds like. It's not like "semi-erection" or something like this. Only lower half of my penis (that's closer to the pelvis) can get erect, while the upper half and the tip of a penis can't get hard at all, and hurt when I experience an erection (feeling of internal pressure). When it is soft, it looks like a dumbbell, thick at the beginning, then thin and small in the middle, like someone squishing it, and thick at the head of the penis again
Soon it's gonna be 5 years since it is like this. I'm 19 y.o right now. When I was 14 I was in a fight in school, and I was winning, so my opponent hit me with a dirty move and tried to hit my balls (hit my dick instead). For a couple of weeks I've waited, and it returned to my normal penis (well except it was hard half of the time but I was a teenager, we all went through that lol). But I've decided to visit urologist anyways, because my parents insisted on it. During the X-RAY doc said everything was alright, but he found some Fibrous plaque that was causing my dick to bend (had it since 10 y.o). He said to use Troxerutin gel on a place where plaque was located, but only on that place. I was a lazy teenager, and forgot where the plaque was on my X-ray anyways, so I just rubbed my whole top part of a penis with it for a month or so. Afterwards, the whole area that I was rubbing medication on, stopped getting erect for the rest of my life. I'm not sure if it was a doctors mistake, or my own, because I went overboard with it, but I've read that it is not prescribed to kids before 16 anyways. I'm sure that it was the medication because before it, everything was fine, even after I've been hit in the dick.
I wasn't concerned about it for so many years because you can masturbate even when your dick is soft, and I didn't want to bother anyone with my problems. But since I've started dating, it's just on my mind constantly. My testosterone is higher than it ever been (tested), I don't suffer from depression, my vitamins are alright (tested). I also don't want to take any systemic oral medication, because lower part of my penis can sustain an erection just fine. Plus I'm sure it's an anatomical issue, not blood pressure related.
What exactly am I dealing with? I wasn't able to find any such cases on internet or in the medical literature. I suspect it is either penile nerve damage (I'm also dealing with a loss of sensitivity in that area), or I've just completely destroyed my corpus cavernosum and corpus spongiosum (possibly tissue sclerosis?) with over the counter medication.
I have a feeling that my problem is very severe and I'll probably need something like an implant for it to function even close as it were before. Did I wait too long to adress my problem?
I know it sounds crazy, but all of the details I've described are real. I'm not joking or trolling. It would be super weird if I'm the first person to ever have something like this and get a condition named after me lol

Just would like to say now that I’m not super into the actual anime and it’s characters (if I’m being honest I actually never really watched the anime or read the manga I only know the basics of it) but I really love the story building and ideas of quirks and heroes being a normalized thing, so I’d love to do mostly an RP with OCs instead of established characters.
For the story/plot I’d love if we could discuss it together, I’m willing to do standard hero x villain, hero x civilian, or two heroes in training like a rivalry thing, anything I’m up for but obviously we can come up with something together.
As I’m over 18, I’d appreciate others to be over 18, which is why I’m suggesting a college like academic setting in the title instead of a standard high school, also cause again not that well into the actual anime so I feel like a new setting would be good. Again, please 18 plus only.
I also ask to please be literate in your writing style, I’m fine with a few sentences but I usually do three sentences to a paragraph depending on how into the rp I’m in.

I had kicked my habit and was barely smoking for 2 years (once every few months socially) after being an everyday smoking for 2 years.
My partner and I started smoking occasionally just a little, then more, then twice a week, and then we had 2 weeks over Christmas where I had time off school and work, and my partner had 3 weeks off work. We were smoking daily, even during the day (which is a big no for me). I didn’t feel good about it, or during. I was anxious, insecure, paranoid, and most of all felt like I was wasting my time because being high is a write off for me. I can’t do anything when I’m high except eat like crap and watch movies.
I’m now about 2 weeks off of it, and oh my god I am a raging bitch. I have been picking fights with my partner, taking every little joke or comment personally, not sleeping, wanting constant physical touch and attention while feeling so jittery it’s like I’m trying to get out of my own body.
I know it’ll get better, and I’ll say this. Last night was the first time in years that I was with someone who was smoking (my partner) and they offered me some, and I said no and I redirected my thinking and stuck to it.
Anyway, it’ll get better. Just gotta stay focused on other activities and accept that the “numb” feeling is not good, it’s just easier to deal with than other emotions. But I know that this anger and agitation will eventually return back into my ability to feel joy, and excitement more fully when sober vs. high. My desire to learn new things and care more deeply and try harder and retain information will return.

Looking to size up from my stock 15" wheels to 16" or 17" down the road and am fairly new to the car building world.
If I were to size up to 17" wheels, what would I need to consider regarding my brakes? Would I need to upgrade to a larger rotor? Raise my ride height (stock suspension) to fit larger wheels? Plus if I want a big brake kit would I have to size up my wheels anyway?
