The title is same as flair.
Dear men, If you are depressed , have PTSD or anxiety , Please don't even speak up and talk to your close ones.
Recently I saw a post on a sub who tells you are a bad person or not a bad person .
There was a story about a depressed boy , If you want a post link , Ask the link, I will dm.
There were some of the comments, which have the words of devil. One of them was, "He should heal alone." Imagine saying this to a person suffering from cancer or typhoid . but why I am comparing a mental problem to a physical problem , because It matters .
See, we generally crib about mental health and suicide rates but we forget that why it's happening , the solution presented by people is to either cry or speak up your problems.
Not treating mental health like physical health is the main reason for suicide rates.
Also, let's say you have broken hand and someone tells you to ride a bike to a railway station , so that he can reach on time, what will you think about him ?
Pathetic person. right.
That's also are the expectations from a depressed person, "respect her opinion." or "value her." how the hell he is supposed to do those things when he can't , he is not rational at a time , when he is depressed. Like how am I supposed to dance , if my leg is broken ? sme thing happened with atul subhash , People expected him to be an ideal victim , how man ?
similarly , how is he supposed to "mentally" do things , if he can't.
I don't care whether the girl is right or wrong in that post.
But please , don't fall into a trap that relationships (any kind of mother, fahter, bf , gf, sister or brother) helps in your toughest times.
This post is not here to make you hopeless , but to give a reality check.
To save yourself, Please priortize yourself and your health .

2025.01.27 04:43 Ringoline Back hair refusing to grow past shoulder length.
Guys I’m at that stage again where my hair is finally reaching past my shoulders (yes!!) everywhere but the back of my head. (Photos attached).
Wtf. Every time this happens, I have to cut the longer sides again to even out the length. I haven’t had hair past my shoulder length in three years because of this. I know I should count my blessings because atleast the hair is growing in seemingly(?) normally but this doesn’t seem normal for someone in their 20s.
I went to a dermatologist who told me that I have Telogen effluvium. This was five years ago. Since then, it seems like the thinning/refusal to grow behind my head has only gotten worse. And yes I’m taking vitamin D, omega 3’s, and iron supplements. I also sleep with a silk pillowcase. I’m really stumped and any advice would go a long way!

Bought my house in 2014. To this day, I still keep receiving regular packages for previous owners (food subscription services, clothing subscriptions). Not sure what the deal is. I’ve asked the companies to stop sending me their stuff, which falls on deaf ears. USPS refuses to take in wrong packages, insisting I use the delivery vendor to return to sender. So I stuck doing a monthly rotation of FedEx, UPS, and DHL to get all this somewhat expensive junk sent back to sender. And no, I don’t have the contact information of the previous residents after the sale, and it’s too common of a name to reliably look up. Utter waste of my time.
TLDR - Just got home and found another package for a previous resident. Been dealing with this for ten years.

Please! What is wrong with my Betta? I’ve had him 2 + years. He just started doing this. He’s now not eating food but tries. He seems like he can’t swallow it anymore. He lays on his side and I feel like he swims weird. Sponge filter and heater set at 78*. Mostly live plants. Two fake ones. Added a piece of driftwood but took it out when he started acting weird. I’m overly attached to him now. I read a couple other posts and have turned off his light.
