Market Data type?

Hello guys,
I just started Day Trading today on IBKR (connected through TV) and I noticed I had delayed market data. Obviously this is not optimal for me. How do I change it? I changed my market data subscription to “Professional” but I’m not sure what that means

People who believe in determinism (and thus absence of free will) - when they are trying to convince others of determinism - aren't they violating their belief?
As in what's their rationate? If they truly believe in determinism, why are they putting in the effort to write about it or do podcasts or make videos about it? Whether someone will be convinced or not is already determined!
Is it that, while they are going through the motions of doing something ... they are thinking "I am doing this as I was predetermined to?".
I don't have a hard time wrapping my head around determinism, but around how people who agree with it live ... unless of course they suspend that belief in their day to day life.

I’ve noticed that many accounts focus on just one illness, and I think there’s a need for more content that highlights the experience of having MULTIPLE chronic illnesses in one person.
As someone living with ME, ADHD, fibromyalgia, migraines, IBS, POTS, and more, I know how overwhelming it can feel to juggle so many symptoms all at once. I want to create a space where people like us can feel seen, understood, and supported—a mix of humor, real-life honesty, and practical tips to make life a little easier.
