Is there anyone out there with neurogenic rosacea who has managed to get it even roughly under control? I have tried so hard for so long and I just feel like giving up completely now. I don’t understand why this is just so unmanageable, my face is in so much pain and I just cannot get it under control. I’ve tried so hard and spent so much money. Does anyone actually feel any better or should I just stop wasting energy on hope? I am so so sorry to anyone else going through this

I have both games on the PS5, but I am going to Spain soon for my husband's surgery. I'll be very anxious while he's under and those two games are like cosy to me.
For those who have both games, which would you say runs better on Steam Deck? I did my research but can't decide as I know it can run well on both when settings are changed. I've played BG3 twice - it's my favourite game, but No Man's Sky is a new game (I've been playing for a month) and I am addicted.
I got the OLED if it makes a difference.

O meu marido não consegue arranjar emprego. Parece incrível como alguém se sente demasiado novo para estar parado mas demasiado velho para ser aceite. Nem no exército português, nem na forças de segurança pública permitem uma candidatura com esta idade quando a maturidade devia ser sim um factor em conta. Outra coisa que não entendo como a cunha ainda é permitida em comparação com alguém que quer realmente trabalhar.
Experiência anterior: -Restauração? Check -Operador de indústria? Check -Mais experiências? Check O problema não é estar inapto para trabalhar, o problema é continuar a enviar candidaturas que não são aceites mas as empresas insistem em manter a oferta( como ? Não arranjaram ninguém com milhares de candidatos todos os dias?)
Agora ele está alargar a procura e investir numa formação para vigilante/segurança mas estão a exigir 500/600€ de formação... Quer dizer uma pessoa não tendo fundos não consegue nem evoluir nem mudar de vida como é sugerido pelas instituições como IEFP .. Conclusão: tendo ou não formação superior ou especialização técnica seja em que ramo for parece que arranjar emprego é uma questão de sorte? E uma sorte que seria temporária?

the smallest interactions stick in my brain for DAYS, I look or a smile towards me my brain immediately translate it to a negative thing,
a week ago I decided to go to the mall alone to watch a movie and have a coffee in the morning because there's less people, I went to the Cafe the waitress is nice and friendly yes as they should im feeling great, a lady offered me to take a sample as I was walking and I said no, as I was walking i heard a laugh? a chuckle? I couldn't stop thinking about it, I went back and told her why did you laugh at me? I know this is weird but I swear the anxiety is slowly turning to rage at this point, she paused and said she had no idea what am I talking about and I can see that on her face, I felt like a crazy paranoid person, before I'd usually skip going to the same floor and maybe avoid going to that mall, but now i came back to do that? that's so pity, I don't be like that idk why it doesn't even eases the anxiety,
also when I was leaving (notice that my brain still think about these small meaningless interaction) I was holding my wallet on my left hand and an old lady with her friend I guess bumped into me, to be fair we both didn't look i was looking the other way, my wallet fell on the ground, she gasped and stood there, I didn’t make eye contact, I looked down expecting her to pick it and apologize at least but no, that old s**t just stood there shocked, and I picked it, I so felt humiliated, I looked upset, and kept thinking, why didn't told her to pick it up? say sorry? is because I look like a loser? I should've said that and demand it because I'm weak i have low self esteem and depression, my therapist wasn't wrong about this, I take things too personally, the whole CBT thing for 16 sessions didn't do shit, a waste of time
I forgot to mention that now after all these years of me hiding, I can speak to strangers and make phone calls easily and do presentation whithout panicking, but at what cost? I'm still miserable

It went well surprisingly. Well, i over thought it so much i was prepared for everything, haha, but still. I did fuck up tho. Didn't tell him i wanted to tell him. In my POV, it was both our fault the relationship didn't worked out, but instead i told him the problem was just in me.
For info- i know this person for a bit under a year, but we made it official 2 months ago. Before that was just dates and flirting. The official part didn't work. He did kinda pretended to be someone else, then had a depression episode, to which i couldn't respond properly because i was also going though one at the same time.
It drained me a lot, being there for him when he wasn't there for me and i felt like no one was. I was also mad at him for a lot of things, and i tried to talk it out but i guess it wasn't enough. I knew i wasn't readt for a relationship at the moment, yet i still went for it, because i thought that i can be mature enough to have a healthy relationship.
Im writing this now, seeking advice. We broke up today, i told him this wasn't working out(in the beginning i had told him i was dating to marry), that i couldn't spend the rest of my life with him and he took it well. Said that if ive made my mind there wasn't a point in saying anything.
One of the most major problems was that we when we got together it was over a text even though i wanted it to be in person. For the break up i again told him we needed to talk, and he again tried to talk it via text. I had to ghost him over the weekend.
I don't want to have anything to do with him for some time, but he thinks we're now friends, basically the same as when we were dating (we didn't do anything - we only hugged and holded hands, were both in high school, one grade difference). I have blocked him on everything, but I'll have to talk to him again tomorrow and im scared I'll mess up again, that he'll get angry. Tofay he texted me that if i hadn't told him this wasn't working out he would've. He kinda treatied me like a object. The final- he told me he'd be happy to keep me in his life, that I've helped him a lot. This was the final straw. I don't care if im the red flag. I can't help him anymore and I'll have to explain everything to him tomorrow, again, and i know I'll fuck up.
Im sorry for the long rant. If anything is left unclear, im sorry, ill explain it in a reply. I just don't know what to do so that i can set a healthy boundary without losing my nerves and fucking it all up.

Dois meses atrás eu me cadastrei no 20pila pra vender comission de arte digital, passaram alguns dias sem eu acessar o site ent o site me desconectou e eu precisava da senha pra entrar novamente, mas eu tinha esquecido onde eu guardei o papel com as senhas e simplesmente deixei pra outra hora já q não tinha urgência, eu não recebia pedido nenhum msm... Se passa um mês e essa semana quando eu finalmente acho esse bendito papel, eu entro no site e vejo q um cara encomendou uma arte minha e eu simplesmente não sabia pq tava sem acesso ao site 😭😭😭
Eu fiquei desacreditada com toda essa situação, mas eu já superei kkkkk perdi a chance de ter um cliente e de ganhar meus 30 reais suados 😭

I live with my stepmom, who stays at home to take care of me due to a mental disability I've had since birth. She has been faithfully caring for me for most of my life. She loves the beach and would walk on it for miles if given the opportunity.
I am planning a beachfront vacation alone to relax without worrying about anyone else's needs or whether my late-night balcony visits will disturb them. I also can’t walk along the beach with her this time. I went on a similar vacation last year and loved it. Am I being selfish for not bringing her this year, given that she works hard to keep the household running?
EDIT:
My sister takes her on vacations yearly, and I'm "not allowed" or "encouraged" not to go because of the conflict with my sister.
