2025.01.27 17:11 The_Data_Doc Yasuo feels great, but is incapable. Yone feels choppy, but is very capable. Is there anyway to change it?
Not sure if anyone else feels this way about them, but I feel like in general Yasuo feels much better to play because of how smooth he is. Particularly his E into his Q, and his uptime with his ult. He's just generally fun to play with, but also very frustrating because he cant break a freeze, he has no escape, like the time and effort required to play him at a reasonable level is just wayyy to much.
Meanwhile Yone offers that independence, but his skills are extremely choppy. He's walking you down with E, his q and his r are easily dodged for the most part.
I'm not saying Yone is bad, just saying it seems like some combination of the two kits would be a true valid mid laner. An example would be to give Yasuo yone's E, but to have no movement speed boost. So he can e and then just has his dashing and the eq spin.
I mean I'm just speaking towards what I think would be fun, because with Yone I think it feels weird to mostly miss skill shots and stat check, but with Yasuo its not fun to just be giga camped every game and to have no agency versus fed junglers

StackExchange being just one site that came to mind, supposed to demand a high standard of confidence.
What about reddit, you may ask? If you do, then read on:
I've been trying to read classics in my different languages, and started coming across the stumbling block of archaic dialectisms which aren't even in dictionaries (or so it seems). Well, I didn't know that they were archaic dialectisms, so I went asking around the relevant language subreddits, and to my dismay I not only got no good answers, but a bunch of wrong suggestions (or so it seemed to me based on the context) either by other learners just guessing or native speakers... well, also guessing, but much bolder based on their native status.
Well, I was almost resigned to the fact that the knowledge had just been irrevocably lost to time. And I guess that's fine, since it's not every other sentence or something. But then someone commented on one of my questions that a certain linguist would certainly be able to give the answer at a Q&A session after one of her presentations. The problem is that I don't even live in the country where she does her presentations. And hunting down her email presents other problems, such as: do I satisfy myself with stopping reading the classics then and there or do I convert myself into her permanent stalker correspondent who messages her at 2 AM every other week with another obscure idiom? And how am I supposed to find enough obliging victims for every language I might be interested in?
Do you know of any online resources that might be a good alternative to that?

Ok so I'm currently on season 1. I read some spoilers because I tried to find an answer for my question about house's ex or whoever that was mentioned but don't spoil anything else to me.
So to the question(s). In some episode House invited Wilson to some monster car event but Wilson said he can't come. Later House found out that Wilson is seeing some woman (stacy?? Not sure if I remember the name correctly) which is the reason he can't come.
House seemed a bit jealous or upset because of this information. Who was that woman, his ex or what?? And why was House upset or is this just House being House? Why didn't Wilson tell House right away that he is seeing some woman? Was Wilson banging her or was it just a friendly meeting? I tried googling but I didn't really understand.

So me and this girl talked last year and where talking to be able to be in a relationship. The only thing is that I screwed up bad. When she wanted to kiss I wouldn’t she wanted to hold hands but I wouldn’t because i didnt know what we were at the time….i also had a boyfriend I was trying to break up with at the time. I finally did i while ago since he got the hint. Anywayyy I impulsively texted her on a text now app basically explaining how in love i was with her even after a year. I admitted everything so much she guessed who i was. She was willing to talk more about it but for some reason i said no to it which I regret. I was just so embarrassed that she guessed it was me after i admitted everything. The last thing i asked was what she really felt about me. She said something on the lines of i liked you and i wanted it to be you it just sucked the circumstance we were in. I read it wrong and my dumbass asked her what she meant and she hasn’t answered since. BUT after i sent it i blocked her for some reason idk if i was embarrassed or what but I never knew if she texted or not. I cant stop thinking about her and i don’t know what to do now.
