I've lived in New England, Florida, Minnesota and North Carolina long term. Love all those places nature, but, would only consider living in New England long term again. Don't want to be in the south anymore. I would like to live in a very blue area, surrounded by a lot of blue. I'm interested in nature and nerd culture. Concerned that California/OWA may have too contentious of social politics... I've never been west for long, only short trips. I do have a lot of excitement about exploring the west. Concerned about the social politics of the west. Concerned about the cost of living in New England. I like being around intelligent, tech minded, laid back people. Where should I move? 40 year old couple, Halp!

WRITING THIS POST FOR THE SECOND TIME because of some nazi-mods :)
So, yea, I'm expecting to get downvoted again x3. I just wanted to bring to the surface something not really discussed about. I find this community helpful, I used this and other subs a lot because it helped me with my struggles. And yk, there's people pre-everything and people post-everything, and I'm in the "half". Not specifically in this, but in some other subreddits/spaces I think that it's not even more an "help" but a "look, I have done everything and you're not". I've just removed a post (not here) which was asking for some advices and opinions about a surgery, but I was getting downvotes like pouring rain because "I shouldn't ask on reddit but to a surgeon", wow thank you, Sherlock. I thought these subs were made to help each others out, not just to show how much you've gone far into your journey. And some subs are just like I said, you can't even ask for opinions anymore.

These MRI BRAIN Results are only 4 months apart, from two different but well respected hospitals in America. Which one do I believe?!
I still have all typical iih symptoms. I just feel so discouraged and overwhelmed with fear about what is actually real from what isn't.
By the way today I went to ER for iih complications and they butchered my spine attempting to do an LP! I've been weeping all day in pain. Can't believe this is my life now.
