I have CAIS. I have never met a medical professional that knew about my condition, other than in a specialist centre. The amount of times I have been asked by a doctor if I get regular periods. While this is fine question to ask, I am usually met with concern and confusion when I tell them that I don’t have periods, yet again regular periods. THEN I have to explain to a doctor that my condition which they know nothing about is not related to my illness/concern. Not that they would be able to assist me if it was.
I am not annoyed at doctors for not knowing, I think that’s a bigger issue with education and medical fields. But how do you handle these interactions? How do I make this process easier?

Body 1) In the event that I am killed I may be able to come back due to the following conditions (If I'm not exercised) -My blood, Visera, or any of my cells are touching organic matter(if there's enough) I will become parasitic and infect said victim - Gestation period of 1-3 days depending on the strength of victim. Victims will experience Extreme exhaustion, nen depletion, bouts of euphoria, sweating, lack of attention span.
2) Able to manipulate my body on a cellular level - If you are familiar with two characters ("Chrona from soul eater" and "Muzan from demon slayer" ) then you understand easier. I can create and manipulate object/weapons from my body and even encase my very bones into them of course if I use it too much I will die of blood loss , nerve damage, or even organ failure from being crunshedf by my own weight from lack of bone support - am able to stretch, twist, pigment, or deconstruct my body at will with the discomfort it comes with of course - I'm able to either turn/harvest others (person or plant)body into functional organs/limbs/fluids on the condition the body is fresh with no decomposition
3) Creation and familial abilities I can create a " family" under these conditions - target has to be injured or on the verge of death - ask target "Do you want to be healed/saved" with the following " do you want to be my family?" But if yes to both I full integrate my cells with theirs bonding us. Hello redditors, first thank you for your time if you read this, second thing, it's a little bit of a mess but please bare with me.
Context: I'm from south america ofcourse this means we barely make a living with the standard salary's here but i have a job online, my sister lives in the US she's on her way to become a citizen since she got married,
Problem: as I said I work online processing images for a company in Costa rica, (I'm not there) I've been working for 4 years now and the last yeah 2024 was the first year I got all the work for myself and made a decent amount of money, around 17.000$ Wich here is good money but with 2 kids and 10 years of being poor well we had a lot of things to catch up and we made it month by month so no savings, I get paid on my sister Paypal acount so she can have our money and we do the exchange here and do all we need with cash or we exchange, (here the economy is a complete mess) the problem is now with the last year changes my sister received the 1099k for taxes based on my money, I can't pay that, I mean I did good last year compared to what most people make here, but a 20/25% tax it's barely impossible for me to pay, I'll be working this yeah just to pay that.
now, what can I do? Is there a way that she can explain to the IRS that money belongs to me?
Other things to consider, since she got married last year now she has the pressure of her husband to present the tax stuff asap, he doesn't know yet about this problem, hes hoping to get some return because he has 2 kids from previous marriage, my sister says her taxes will be presented with her husband's as one and this amount of extra money that went thru her accounts (my money) will be another issue on its own
