Photo 1: Immediately after BM Phtoto 2: 10 minutes after BM (time I took showering) Rest of photos: before bed, after eating a meal I knew I shouldn't (long term stomach issues)
I guess my question is, how bad do you think this is? And what is it if you had to guess? Internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids, or prolapse? I'm sorta confused they look 'external', but not really since they disappear soon after on their own, so they're internal? Idkk
Longer version for those who have the time to read more:
Been to the doc about hemorrhoids (and stomach issues) before, first time was very early teens, was told yes you have hemoroids, no meds, no advice, bye, basically not taken seriously I'm assuming because of how young I was, put me off going back to a doc about it until I was in my 20s, took alot of willpower to go even then due to the embaressment. Had bloods and stool samples done over the years, ultra sounds, results are all normal.
Over the years have regularly had (atleast monthly) atleast very very light bleeding on paper I put down to having to use the toilet so much each day, when I was partying and drinking heavily during university, I'd regularly have a dull but strong pain in my bollocks that lasted for hours, caused by this. Occasionally, but very rarely I'd get a sharp shooting pain in my pelvic region.
Visited the doc for the second time about hemorrhoids specifically a few days back after relatively heavy bleeding (onto paper after BM, that didn't immediately stop), and was given Proctosedyl Ointment and Scheriproct Suppositories, but no physical examination.
Due a callback from my doc for bloods and stool samples (which came back normal, again), so I can be recommended to a specialist (Gastroenterologist I'm assuming), plus book another appointment about hemorrhoids to show these same photos (lol).
But in the mean time, I'd really appreciate your thoughts on what level of fucked my ass is, are we talking going under the knife, or could rubber banding be an option, I really don't know.

I don’t know why but I always procrastinate with my school work and it’s been impacting my grades a lot.
I have this weird ideology that I need to do things the best way the first time, its like I want a walkthrough in life, used this example since I noticed when I was younger I would always watch a walk through on how to do a mission in a game before I did it so I couldn’t make any mistakes and got the best loot out of it.
Its been impacting my studies since I end up searching up the best resources or a plan on the thing I want to study but never actually get any studying done. What can I do to fix this?

Despite getting so many opportunities he is yet to cement his spot.
Just like how Tripti Dimri went from being underutilised by Bollywood after great performances like Laila Majnu, Bulbul and Qala to being over utilised in Bollywood post Animal success.
