Hey everyone, I’ve been a lifelong side sleeper (for 19 years!) and never really thought much about it until recently. I realized that I might have been sleeping “wrong” all this time because my I’ve been experiencing some neck discomfort and posture issue.
I decided to try sleeping in a head-forward position (on my back, with my head facing straight up), but it feels SO uncomfortable. I can’t seem to relax (like my body just rejects it). Has anyone else experienced this? Why is it so hard to adjust to this position?
Also, if anyone has successfully changed their sleep position, I’d love some tips! I really want to make this work because I think it might help with my neck and posture issues.

TL;DR: Lifelong side sleeper trying to switch to head-forward sleeping position, but it feels super uncomfortable. Looking for advice on why this is happening and how to make the transition easier.

2025.01.30 08:43 Judo_The_Protogen When I made the challenge I didn't clarify some things. I also wanted to ask ya'll some questions.
So this is a post related to a previous post where I made a challenge to try and complete satisfactory with only 1 of each building. But this might be difficult when it comes to power. Since later on in the game (quantom encoders ect) cost nearly 1000 power and therefore I need multiple buildings that produce enough power to power that. So I'm changing some rules. The new rule is I can only have 1 of every structure that isn't related to power, platforming and the transportation of goods. I have also another question, can I use expliots? I have already started but using expliots makes this challenge practically a walk in the park. I have already played for about 2 hours and my last question is, do you want me to cut the footage to compress it into the 1 gb limit of redit or should I just make clips of 50 mins and post them at 4x speed? Second option makes it impossible to cheat. Also I did forget (unfortunately) to reccord a small part but that was just me researching in the MAM.

With everyone having different setups, environments and lifestyle
What general rule of thumb do you suggest people stick to in regards to cleaning their PC?
I've always suggested every 4 to 5 weeks to anyone that's asked so that way the dust can be gone and cause less heat issues.
Personally however, due to having my pc on a hard floor, having 2 kids that sometimes stare at the RGB and having 3 cats in my house, I do more like every 2 to 3 weeks.
Unsure if that's my OCD kicking in like haha 🤣
What would you suggest if someone asked you ? And How long do you leave it for?

Hi everyone! Sorry if this is a silly question. I have a cross necklace that I had gotten when I first started practicing my faith. I got it off of Amazon and the quality is not very good. In the time I’ve had it the metal has warped and changed color and it has a strange smell to it even after trying to clean it. I’m looking to get rid of it but I was just wondering what the proper way to dispose of it would be? It doesn’t feel right to throw it away. Is there something more respectful I should do? TYIA :)
