I 22f 138lbs 5’4” every morning I’m going having a bowel movement my heart rate skyrockets. I’ll be sitting and it’ll be like 90 and then I’ll stand up and it’ll be 157.. this happens every morning for the last 2 months. And it drains me. I feel dizzy and short of breath afterwards. This never happened in the past. I can’t think of anything I’m doing consistently every morning that would cause this. I don’t drink coffee and well hydrated.. 80oz of water a day.

Bien, realmente hace un tiempo por cosas de la vida no estaba haciendo absolutamente nada, trate de entrar a alguna universidad y no me resultó, entonces decidí empezar a repartir hojas de vida y una de ellas fue como asesora comercial en un Call Center.
(Antes de aceptar la entrevista no existía en ningún lado información de la empresa, de por si cuando es tu primer día de capacitación directamente no trabajas con ellos, sino con un tercero en Europa)
Bien me realizaron la entrevista y pase, en toda la semana de la capacitación los peores fueron los 3 primeros, principalmente porque nos empezaron a decir que en ese trabajo íbamos a ganar demasiado dinero en comisiones y que algunos de la empresa hace poco se habían ganado más de 100 millones en solo comisiones, cabe aclarar que eso jamás lo creí principalmente porque me parecía demasiado irreal, también teniendo en cuenta que tampoco te pagaban durante el primer mes de trabajo (la capacitación era pagada) pero solo te lo pagaban después de haber cumplido el mes, durante esos 3 días nos repetían demasiado que era muy fácil y que solo teníamos que prestar atención, en temas que según ellos eran muy importantes de más de 9 países diferentes nos lo presentaban en hora y media, nos realizaban un examen y antes de entregar resultados nos decían que esa era una oferta que no podíamos desperdiciar.
También hay que aclarar que los horarios eran de lunes a domingo de 10 - 8 pm , también tenías que ir los festivos y si no vendidas nada en el día (mínimo 1 venta) te podían pedir quedarte más tiempo y no te pagaban horas extras porque se suponía que ganabas más en comisiones, hay que aclarar que según ellos estaba regulado (en un país re x) pero estaba regulado
cuando te equivocabas en una respuesta de un examen, agarraban, te llamaban y delante de todos te hacían responder la pregunta, si te equivocabas, le preguntaban a alguien más, te volvían a ver y hasta que no repitieran la respuesta de la otra persona no te dejaban en paz, cabe aclarar que habían personas que tenían experiencia y cuando realizaban preguntas muy puntuales solo las ignoraban y también cabe aclarar que su principal público eran señores o personas de la tercera edad y que entre menos experiencia tuvieran mucho mejor, que tampoco le podíamos asegurar nada y que nos preguntaban algo solo podíamos responder con un "posiblemente" o "tal vez".
También tú eras el encargado de enganchar al cliente, que realice su pago pero en otras áreas estaban encargados de estar al pendiente de ese mismo cliente, si tenías algún problema con esa venta te la podían quitar y si ya estabas en la parte de pago, te jodiste porque te quedas sin comisiones y posiblemente te amonestaban por no saber algo básico como una transferencia (cosa que nos pedían aprendernos en hora y media sin posibilidades de confirmar información) también teniendo en cuenta que habían personas que llevaban según dos años y no se sabían todo.
También tengan en cuenta que de 10 am - 8 pm en el tiempo que trabajabas tenías que estar de pie, te veían sentado y te llamaba recursos humanos a descargos Y lo peor de todo es que tienen un solo baño para más de 200 personas.
Realmente si están en ese lugar o estuvieron, no vale la pena matarte de lunes a domingo sin asegurar que realmente te vas a ganar esos "millones" que ellos prometen ya que llegue a hablar con más de un trabajador y en 1-2 meses no habían conseguido ni una venta.
También en uno de esos casos a un trabajador lo echaron 2 días antes de cumplir el mes para que le pagarán el salario y la capacitación, al final no le pagaron absolutamente nada.

2025.01.30 14:40 Alone_Dimension0 Anxiety, panic attacks and other side effects bc of Implanon NXT?
I have since september 3th 2024 the implanon, after a year and a half no birth control (relationship strandend and i wanted no added hormones in my body to see how it was, new relationship now). At the end of december 2024 i got my first panic attack in the middel of the night and ever since it is a struggle everyday(never had a panic attack ever before). With symptoms; Heart palpitations (constant feeling of my heart beating), so tired, severe anxiety, boobs are really sore, mood swings, hair loss, headaches, muscle aches, constant feeling “sick”, chest pains/heaviness, cold and hot flares, severe panic attacks, spotting/light bleeding, cramps, leg cramps, terrible acne, dizziness, not feeling myself etc. I am an absolute wreck i feel like there’s something really wrong with me all the time, i am on Oxazepam so i can sleep but it is not working with the dose i have now. I can’t even go to work and focus. I went to the doctor and they’ve said everything is fine and they do not know why i feel like this. I will get my implanon removed next week, i hope that will work. Does anyone else have/had symptoms like this and got it removed? Did it help? I am so desperate, i can not handle this if it won’t work.

Okay, so today I had this trial exam on essay writing... And it was stressful. I barely kept in my tears for the first half, but the next half I got myself together and came up with something that was within the word limit (I think it was... I counted very fast because of the time limit). I took this another redditors advice to come up with a little plan and it helped. It wasn't perfect, but it also wasn't nothing. I was still struggling with the intro, but the main text was easier, now that I had a plan to rely on. The end? It's... Something...
But I really want to tell everybody that is struggling with essay writing (or preparation for any exam) as well - You Can Do It. It won't be perfect at first, but if you work hard, it will be better that it was the last time. Good Luck.
