One type of holiday I've wanted to do for quite a while is a cruise. I have been working in my current job for 2 years and there have been a lot of exams with work to fully qualify. Next year I will complete my final exams so I thought it was the perfect time to treat myself to a cruise.
My girlfriend has always said she'd never go on one. She doesn't like the idea of being out at sea and just said it's not the type of holiday she'd enjoy. I started looking at cruises available from the UK for next year to see what my options are and to price it up.
I mentioned this to my girlfriend and she asked why I was thinking about a cruise. I said because she knows I have always wanted to go on one and that it would be nice to treat myself for finishing exams.
She asked what about our holiday next year. I said we'd still be able to go on one but it would either be a bit lateearlier than usual and will likely be a night or two shorter.
I mentioned that she's welcome to join me on the cruise but she refused. She said it's not fair that our holiday has to suffer just so I can go away.
I pointed out it's a one off to celebrate my achievement and that it's not going to be a regular thing and our trip is only going to be a night or two shorter. She just said that our holiday shouldn't be any shorter and that I'm wrong and selfish for prioritising the cruise.

So, I'm planning on finally starting OMAD this year, but I've been wondering; the TDEE Calculator, it gives us the calories we should eat to keep maintenance, to bulk, or to cut. Now i'm unsure how accurate it really is, but when you guys eat, and let's say you're cutting calories are 2100, does your one meal have to hit that exact goal, or is it okay to be under as long as it's a significant amount of protein and other macros?

Hello! I'm 31F diagnosed last May with hpv. I have treated many times my warts because I had reoccurrences. My immune system seems going well but aldara cream doesn't help anymore and cryotherapy did nothing. I have stopped shaving down there because I'm afraid even to touch! My gynaecologist told me to change dermatologist (I have some left from last treatment)and do a laser treatment but I should at least shave because we can't see well. I'm afraid to shave. She told me also about shaving cream? Any idea about what to do for a better result? I'm so scared of spreading it around again. Should I ask a dermatologist? I'm going to call tomorrow

I have a 'new' pc i buid in nov last year (i7-13, 7900xt, 32 ddr5-5600, 2tb ssd, playing on 2k ) Right now im playing 2 games (but the sound atleast i ve heart on other games too) a south park 2017 game and CS2, both on high, using amd software adrenaline, mode 'hypr-rx' (on all games) The thing is: 1) în games there s a sound (not too loud but not too low either) - as soon as i alt tab into Chrome for exemple the sound stops, i tab back to game it starts again. Was just asking if its all normal & supposed to be like that
And 2) the gpu goes to 74c temp, which isn't a bit high ? Specially for these types of games ? I read as long as its below 85 should be fine, but im thinking what will it go to in summer when theres 35-40 degrees outside. I'd say the pc has decent cooling on fans and their positioning, and it has room around it to breath (not close to a wall or anything)
