Hello everyone.
38 M. In 2016 I've suffered fluoroquinolone toxicity (for those who don't know, Fluoroquinolones are a class of antibiotics known to cause severe and permanent damage, expecially to the nervous and muscoloskeletal system.
They're also known, among other things, to deprive the body from essential minerals (magnesium expecially).
I've been supplementing with Vitamin D3, 5000 iu a day, K2, 200 mcg a day, in the winter, and magnesium, about 400 mg a day from mag. glycinate, citrate or chloride (this last one in it's liquid ionic form), for years now.
While my vitamin D levels are great (50+ ng/ml), my magnesium levels are too low (I've done the RBC test).
I remember years ago I was taking 3 mg of Boron a day too, because I've read it should imrpove vitamin D absorbtion. In fact, after about 3 weeks, I checked my D levels again and they were really high (70 ng/ml), but it also raised calcium levels too. Calcium wasn't out of range, but on the upper limit. So I stopped with the Boron, and in a couple of weeks my Calcium got back to normal.
Last month I've repeated the Boron experiment (this time only 1.5 mg a day) because I've read that Boron improve Magnesium absorbtion too (which like I've mentioned, it's always been low), even though I was a little worried that my calcium levels would raise too much again. With my surprise, this time my calcium serum leveles were too low! Not a huge deficency, but not right at all.
I do you explain this? Why my calcium levels dropped so much, even though I'm taking Vit D and K2 (vitamins known to improve caclium absorbtion) and expexcially Boron, which in the past greatly increased my calcium?
I'm showing signs of demineralization (frail tooth enamel, muscle tears on my legs), and that's why I'm always trying to supplemments with minerals and vitamins.
Should I supplement with more magnesium? Is it possible that magnesium, even if still too low on the RBC test, it's messing with calcium absorbtion?
Does anyone have any idea? Thank you so much.
EDIT
Right now I'm only taking the liquid magnsium chloride (ionic) from Now foods. In the past I've used Magsnium Glycinate and Citrate in powder form. Should I use tablets or capsules, instead of powder? Are they better absorbed?

-—JS (male) was born on November 14, 1870 in Klein Kirsteinsdorf, Kreis Osterode. He was christened on November 20, 1870 in Wittigwalde, Osterode, East Prussia, Prussia, Germany. He arrived to the USA on November 30, 1892 to Baltimore Maryland on the Dresden. Would have automatically become naturalized in 1902. He died on February 3, 1917.
-—Wife CLR was born on November 27, 1871, in Döhlau Osterode, Thuringia, Germany and christened there on December 10, 1871. She arrived to the USA between 1890-1891. She married JS on April 27, 1893, in Illinois. She died on February 7, 1943 in IL. Cannot find any information about her passage, but not sure if this matters because citizenship passed through paternal line before 1914.
————Paternal great-grandmother AMS (USA, 1894-1968, in wedlock): Based on my understanding, she was a German citizen at birth. She was born in the US though to German parents, so she was born a dual citizen (U.S. by birth and German by blood through her father).
- German law before 1913 was unclear about whether a minor child automatically lost German citizenship if the father naturalized in another country.
- After the 1913 RuStAG law, it became explicit: If her father naturalized as a U.S. citizen before she turned 21, she would have automatically lost German citizenship under § 25 of the 1913 RuStAG.
Am I interpreting it correctly or missing anything else?

So we all know how you can only rename a Pokémon multiple times if you are it’s OT. Well I know that it’s annoying to have a Pokémon from another game that you caught, but can only rename it one time. Well I had an idea, that would work sort of how the Loto-ID from Pokémon sword and the transfer feature from one game to another would work.
So each traineuser would have (or already does) a trainer ID. It would be the same for every game.
Every Pokémon you catch would be registered with your trainer ID. So no matter what game you Pokémon goes to, you can rename it because your trainer ID matches it‘s OT trainer ID.
That would also be used to see if you cannot rename it more than once. If the Pokémon’s OT trainer ID does not match the trainer’s ID in possession of it, then they cannot rename it more than once.
Thought it was a cool idea, so I might as well post it on here to see if people agree. 👍

2020 Kona with blue coolant. I had the coolant replaced under a recall a few months ago. I recently noticed that the level is a touch low, is there an aftermarket coolant I can top it off with? I don't think it's leaking, probably just burped an air bubble after the coolant was replaced. It's less than an inch below the "fill" line. It's quite an inconvenience to go to the dealer, not worth it to just top off the coolant.

I'm reading Autumn of the Patriarch by García Márquez, and in the English edition I have, page 66 is a repeat of page 62 (including the page number!).
Therefore an entire page-worth of text is missing for me.
This is in Chapter 2. In my edition, the last part of page 65 before the printing error is:
[...] he watched the water slipping across the cookie-paper stars and the silver-plated moons that had been placed on the windowpanes so that it would look like eight at night at three in the afternoon, he saw the soldiers of the guard numb with cold in the courtyard, he saw the sad sea, Manuela Sanchéz's rain in your city [...]And after the error, it continues on page 67 with:
[...] themselves thinking that something serious must have happened to him if he flew into such a rage, [...]Could anyone please provide me the missing text? Maybe by taking a photo of your version's pages? That would be highly appreciated!
