كنت ماشيه انا وصاحبتي رايحين لسيارتي وكنت موقفتها جوا الحارة جمب سيارات كثيرة بحكم ان المنطقة مزدحمة. وتمر جمبنا رينج روفر بيضاء كانت حتى على وشك تدعسنا (رغم اننا قاعدين نمشي عالطرف) بعد ما عدتنا السيارة بمسافة قصيرة كنت توني اتحلطم عن كيف انها كانت بتصدمنا الا نشوفها تصدم خلفية وحده من السيارات الموقوفة.
من الصدمة وقفنا نناظر ايش بيصير اول شي قفلت سيارتها بعدين شغلتها وهربت! حفظت لوحة السيارة عن ظهر قلب واخذت منديل من كيس المطعم الي اكلنا فيه وكتبنا عليه بمحدد شفايف (حدتنا الظروف بس قلنا والله مانخليها) ان ترا صدمتك رينج روفر وهربت ولوحتها حروفها… وارقامها….
ما اعرف اذا الي سويناه هو الصح او لا بس اتوقع ايه؟ وحسيت الي انقهرت لدرجة قلت لو هالموقف صار بس لسيارتي اتمنى ان احد يبلغني بنفس هالطريقة.
كيف فيه ناس يطاوعهم قلبهم يصدموا غيرهم ويهربوا؟ ياجماعة لو بس دعى الشخص عليكم والله تتدمر حياتكم شي يقهر قسم بالله.

As the title says, I just played sports for the first time. I’m 11.5 months post op and tore it just over a year ago. I was a senior college athlete and tore it in a preseason game. Now I’m in grad school and I just joined the IM league on campus. It’s the first time I’ve been able to be active other than rehab. It felt amazing other than how out of breath I was lol. It felt like I gained a piece of myself back that I had lost though.

Complete newbie here. Had 3 sessions of LHR on legs, each has gotten progressively more painful - and when I raise it with the tech she insinuates that it is almost a good thing for there to be pain because “hair follicles are dying”. Can someone please confirm or deny that it is meant to be really painful as you do more sessions? Also, although there’s less and much slower hair growth, I have black dots in the (pores/follicles?) after shaving and some bumps that weren’t there before.

This is truly stupid and I feel like a spoiled bratty child. But I truly can’t help but be kinda pissed. There are so many things I don’t like or hate. And this is one of them. When other family members go out to eat. Maybe get something nice or well at least it isn’t left overs. And they say “oh we would have invited you but now you’re making food.” My older sister said that to me as her and her boyfriend were leaving. I just made chili left overs that are kinda of old. But I know I needed to eat something. But I was thinking the entire time it would be nice to go out. Or just wait someone will say we’re going out but without me. And that happened it just kinda pissed me off. Cause I was like it’s super old probably needs to be thrown out anyways. Or either I could have just put it in the fridge and ate it later. So I just find it to be a bit unfair. That I get left behind and I don’t get to out for dinner. I bet they’ll go and get steak or something. And steak is my favorite. Anyways it what is I’m more or so over it now I got to write it out. But am I the only one gets a bit upset about getting left out of the kind of stuff?
