Hallo! Ich brauche einmal eure Schwarmintelligenz bzw Hilfe von Menschen die sich auskennen. Wir sind wie überall mit einem Personalmangel gesegnet. Wir haben im Novembe Dezember 7-8 Dienste gemacht und machen jetzt 5-6. Aber auch tagsüber sind wir statt laut Vollzeitbesetzung 5 AÄ meistens nur 2-3 AÄ.
Jetzt geht eine Kollegin von uns 6 Wochen in die Elternzeit und für diese Zeit sind aktuell ein paar offene Dienste die wir gerne mit Leihärzten besetzten würden ( wir sind kein Fan von LÄ, können aber aktuell keine weitere Arbeit leisten). Das haben wir dem Chef in einer langen E-Mail schriftlich erklärt mit Details zu der Überarbeitung, Gefährdung der Patientin etc. Seine Antwort war bisher nur ein persönliches Gespräch mit der Kollegin die Elternzeit nimmt mit mehreren Drohungen und der finalen Aussage es gibt keine LÄ. Jetzt frage ich mich welche von folgenden Drohungen überhaupt haltbar sind:
- zu sagen es gibt keine LÄ, wir werden gezwungen die Dienste zu übernehmen obwohl es unseren Soll von vertraglich geregelten 4 Diensten übertritt.
- wenn wir weiter so „wenig mitarbeiten“ übernimmt bald der Leitende Oberarzt den Dienstplan und wir dürfen keine Wünsche mehr äußern. 3.es gibt kein überstundenfrei mehr egal wieviel AÄ anwesend sind und Urlaube können zurückgezogen werden.
Wir sind ein junges Team, wissen kaum was unsere Rechte sind und sind sehr verunsichert.

2025.01.30 21:53 karlsmission How are you backing up your virtual sql servers?
We've tried several systems, but have a similar issues with all of them. simplified as possible - 1) agent running to backup sql files themselves. 2) VM snapshots to backup the C drive.
A lot of our sql servers are older and have a lot of customizations on the OS level. We're working hard to move away from that, but you don't change over from 1000 different systems over night.
The issue we're having is that the vm snapshot process (snapshot, delete snapshot, disk consolidation) is causing issues and outages. We've had the same issue with both veeam and Commvault, and they basically told us that's just the way it is.
Was wondering what other people are doing to back this stuff up that doesn't cause the outages, but preserves the C/OS drive.
