I just tried to pick up my next dosage after the doctor titrated me up, but I’m about 10 days early. The pharmacy said it wouldn’t let them input a savings card at all. Has this happened to anyone else?

2025.01.30 22:22 Assaro_Delamar Weird Power Drops on GPU under heavy CPU Load
I have noticed a very odd behaviour on my RTX 4080. Running Furmark my GPU steadily uses about 320W, which is the TDP stated by Inno3D. However i saw that this number dropped to ~ 200W when i started Furmarks built-in CPU Burner. This would normally indicate that there is not enough power in my system, however i think 850W should be more than enough. I do not know what might be causing this.
Here are my Specs: Ryzen 7 5800X 4x16Gb DDR4 3600Mhz AsRock B550 Taichi RTX 4080 2x NVME 2X Sata SSD 1x HDD 7x 140mm Fans Corsair RM850e PSU
Those part should consume less than 600W at full load according to my calculations

Is there anything you regret adding or something you wish you had added?
I’m probably gonna need solar panels. Since I go places both hot and cold, some type of heating/cooling system. I also think I need some emergency plumbing for when it’s the middle of the night & everything’s closed.
I know for sure I’m gonna focus on storage (lots of camping supplies) and there’s NO way I’m gonna be building a kitchen, bathroom, closet, etc. (It’s a pretty small van. Also money)
I want to have the bare minimum but still be comfortable, especially at night.

I thought I’d use up the 500 odd gems I had left just to play the weekly tournament. I went to pay for the cue charge but it has now changed format. I bought 25 charges for 125 odd gems, I can’t remember exactly. Played the first game and I didn’t have any assists. I conceded because it was a waste of time. Tried to send a complaint but all it says is ‘failed to send ticket, please try later,’ and people wonder why there is so much hate for this game. It’s bent as a nine bob note that’s why and I’m not just leaving it here anymore.
