This started happening a year or two ago after some heavy rain. The bricks further back are seemingly firm but the ones closest to the edge are starting to slips after the cement broke away around it. I’m worried this is going to continue to creep backwards. Is there anyway I can patch this up?

Hey!
I've been seeing a lot of VA Subaru WRX's and WRX STI's on my commute to work and was wondering if they are reliable ? I've heard some not so nice reliability things about the EJ25 and was wondering if they are made worse due to the Hot summer conditions in the UAE.
Are parts somewhat easily available ? I'm assuming they won't be cheap given how few Subaru's I see on the road but I could be wrong.
Also How much would an engine rebuild on the EJ25's cost ? At least to the point of them not suffering the RingLand issue anymore.
Can someone educate me on the ways of the Subie in the UAE ?

Title basically. As someone hoping to FIRE in the next 10 years or so, I actually really look forward to large market downturns because they represent massive outsized future gains potential if bought.
I know I should feel good when my portfolio does well, but I can’t help feeling like if things would just dip a lot for a bit longer, I could make it out of this rat race a lot faster!
Anyone else feel the same?

Hey y'all! I've been sensitive to dairy since I was a kid, but in the last few years I started to suspect it had turned into a full blown allergy. A few months ago I got my confirmation. Lactaid has never worked for me, and even before I had a reaction that was undeniably an allergic reaction benadryl has always worked for my symptoms, so in hindsight I think it may have always been a mild allergen. My problem now is transitioning my diet and finding good dairy alternatives. I ate diary products for so long that I'm finding it difficult to find alternatives that are similar enough.
I've found that I like almond milk for things like coffee and cereal, but it's not a great substitute for baking. And I'm completely at a loss for cheese and butter. Also, are there any dairy free ice cream options that the taste and texture is actually good? Thank you in advance for the help! This has been a really hard adjustment.

2025.02.01 16:51 MittsMarner JBL 3.1 Soundbar Help
I’ve got a JBL 3.1 soundbar connected by HDMI (Arc) to my TV. Been using it for a few years, no issues, now all of a sudden every time I turn the tv off it seems to disconnect. When I turn the tv on the sound doesn’t come out of the bar. Unplugging and plugging back in fixes the issue every time, but it’s getting annoying having to do this every time I want to watch something. Any ideas?
