I was wondering what's everybody's take on sweeteners, emulsifiers and protein shakes? Do you avoid it? Any side effects when taking it? Would you recommend not eating it for better colon health?  | I did my first perfboard build and I'm super excited that it worked immediately. It's a clone of a Jptr FX Jive. There are many things I can improve, yes. First of all I wanted to do some pedal art but didn't know what would be the best way for me. I didn't have too much patience and couldn't wait any longer. Second of all since I didn't have any experience with perfboard before the layout may not be the best. That's why the switches and knobs are moved a bit down. Maybe I wanted too much since I thought I use a smaller enclosure. It's a 1590B. I used board mounted switches and pots. The job in the inside could be cleaner, too. I recently started a channel, Soon - Minecraft Horror & More. It was an old channel I had that already had like 127 ish subscirbers so only got like 5 recently. I mostly play modpacks with creepy and eerie vibes. I’m trying to make my videos more engaging and would love any tips on improving pacing, editing, or keeping viewers hooked. For those of you with more experience, what are some things that helped your channel grow? Any feedback on what makes a Minecraft horror video stand out? My first video kinda "blew up" but how can I stand out from the other youtubers with many subscribers. And should I like make a weekly scheduel like 2x a week every Tuesday and Friday. I can't stand when my parents inquire about my mental health, acting like they care, and i open up about my treatment plan or medication regimen im on, I am met with this old philosophy (my parents are boomer, both 65 years old) that perpetuates the shame and stigma around mental health. It's always "you need to get off those pills so you can be back to your normal self.", and they just can't let it go. They think I'm on drugs. They use phrases like "the doctor's got you all doped up." I wish they could just understand that all they have to do is show some support and compassion, my treatment plan is between my doctor and I. My "normal self" i.e unmedicated, wouls not be able to handle the world, its hard enough with medication. They dont get how hard it is to struggle so much, and everyone around just invalidates you or judges. Their judgement hurts, when I open up about my health, I'm asking for support, not their input on what the doctor should be doing. Their judgment also perpetuates the idea that I need to hide and be ashamed of my mental illness.
