So I preordered the Baldurs gate 3 set because im obsessed with the game. https://shop.wizkids.com/collections/pre-order-collection/products/d-d-icons-of-the-realms-baldurs-gate-3-character-boxed-set I am going to 3d print my character to match this set and just want to make sure I'm going for the right size. Would these be around 30mm? I just realized I can email the company but it could be awhile before they get back to me so figured I would ask here if anyone has advice.

My wife and I are building a new house (breaking ground in the next 3 years). We live in NY and they’ve passed a law banning all gas stove tops in new build homes starting at the beginning of 2026. There’s currently a lawsuit to reverse this. I love cooking and love having a gas stove tops but in the likelihood the law does not get reversed, what are some good electric stove tops recommendations for a home chef?

Hi, I just wanted to know if I can go off piste skiing in the resort nothing like free Skiing I am quite an advanced skier from the UK in fact I do it for Work. I come from a park background so enjoy using the mountain for fun obviously I respect it. I normally ski in Canada when I go away. but this is the first in a while going back to Europe. but what I've heard is you need to be with a guide and be with someone at all times and I have nothing wrong with this but it's a bit expensive and if I just Ski on groomers I think I might die of boredom. I love the new update and the gear sets make it so much easier to switch between traveling and an activity. The game loads insanely fast and the new catch-up summary pop-up after doing a bunch of walking is way better and shows me how many double actions and double rewards I’ve got nothing from because the ice sickle gods refuse me. 956000 steps and 7285 actions, surely I’ll get it soon right? Send me some prayers.

What are people’s opinions on switching from med chem to process? I’ve been debating the switch for a minute, but not sure about likelihood of success/general career stability.
I’ve been in med chem in big pharma for about 3 years post PhD. I know I would likely be taking a step backwards career wise, but that’s okay with me. How would you rate the career stability? I feel med chem is very unstable especially recently, but not sure how this impacts process.

Da un po’ di tempo sento davvero la vita essere scivolata via dalle mie mani. I miei pensieri sono vuoti o intrisi di tristezza o quando sono positivi sono solo fantasie. Sto iniziando seriamente a credere di aver bisogno di aiuto, alcune cose che penso mi spaventano. Sto diventando un peso anche per le persone che mi circondano e non riesco a provare una sensazione positiva nemmeno quando esco con gli amici di sempre.
Vorrei riprovare per l’ennesima volta un consulto ma stavolta psichiatrico ma sono molto spaventata e indecisa sul come scegliere la persona giusta. Le mie esperienze non sono state molto positive, vado da una psicologa da circa 5 anni ma onestamente mi sembra ormai un loop infinito di stesse cose, lavoriamo solo su aspetti caratteriali e alla fine mi riporta sempre agli stessi punti. Credo che i miei problemi siano ben oltre il caratteriale. Ho fatto una sola seduta da una psichiatra che in mezz’ora mi ha diagnosticato il disturbo bipolare e sinceramente non so se mi ha spaventato o se mi è sembrata un po’ azzardata ma non sono più tornata da lei.

I saw the passport thing and immediately went to message every trans person I know about it. Turns out pretty much none of them have changed their gender legally, but a lot plan to. Is it correct to tell them not to do that with the current administration in office? I fear giving the government any hint that you're trans is a bad idea, but I don't want to spread bad or harmful advice
