ive recently been informed that it is not actually normal to have a little voice in your head that can talk to you, and like appear in your mind (??) so i did research and found out that i relate to a lot of DID and OSDD symptoms (mostly osdd). so, somewhere around november i realized there was a voice in my head. she told me a lot about herself, i nicknamed her Jay because she couldn't remember her name, but knew it started with a J. she's 16 and is a mental hospital patient. and we're able to communicate pretty much anytime we want to. also, Jay has only "took control" once, and that was at the end of school for only a few minutes. i was fully aware of everything Jay was doing, but it was like i couldnt control myself. idk it was weird. but i really do love Jay, she's very comforting and understanding. i dont know what to tell my parents or my doctor. i dont have a therapist i can talk to right now either. should i tell someone? or does this sound like some other mental disorder? is there any important information i should know about osdd?

I've been in this sub for quite a few sometime, and it has helped a lot in stress relieving etc as well, those funny and creative memes are really cool ones and I've no issues with it.
But from recent times, the quality of posts have decreased significantly, like anup sir farting on live stream, wtf is even that?, memes and everything is really good about this sub but such low grade posts really are ruining the image of this place. So I request you guys to prohibit these kinda authors from writing such stupid posts, and only ensure a bit of effort made memes & posts.

My stb ex contracted from being raped by her sisters boyfriend’s friend. As it wasn’t her fault, I was still upset that she didn’t tell me from the on set. It wasn’t until we got engaged that she finally told me…mind you that we never had protected sex. She was on bc. It wasn’t until moving on and combining finances that it finally came out. She had refused to join bank accounts bc she was afraid I’d see the monthly charge for her valtrex. She told me. At first I was like WTF. We have been together for over a year n not a peep. At that point I was able to see past it n move on. FF 8 years she has an affair. Unprotected. Didn’t tell that guy either. We reconciled n shortly after I started noticing the bumps on my public hair area. Boom. Got me. Stayed together for 10 years longer n she left again. Now I’m left a lasting memory of how bad things were. My own fault for letting her come back. I hate her for it. As now I feel I’m ruined for the rest of my life. I get paranoid all the time. Even more now after she left. I guess I’m just venting. She ruined me then moved on.
