 | Picked up this JS22 at a pawn shop about a month ago, swapped pick ups, input jack, tuners, replaced bridge, set the neck, leveled frets and crowned/polished them as best I could with what I've got and did a set up on it. Alright, This match would go down in Football/soccer history as one of the greats. I’m of course about the Roda V.s Ajax. And boy it was one tuff match. This all happened after the Hoensbroek, Geleen wars. And special guest. You guessed it! Bobby Prins. The match opened with the national anthem Of parkstad. Titled “GEEF ME SNOEF”. This song is as pretty as bobby’s oiled up Grandma, Diddy approved. Anyway. Bobby was supposed to preform this song because he was a veteran in the wars. (more info on this in previous posts). But Bobby went before this to the all you can eat. But The food had gone bad so he had to take a massive shit. He sat their for hours. The people were getting worried, Some even fainted and some pissed them self. So the camera crew went into his stall and filmed the anthem there. It was magnificent. People cried at the sight of this, like people at a Taylor Swift concert Balling their eyes out and squirting all over the place! Bobby came back to greet the people. You had to be there. But then… They struck. We know them. Some love them some hate them. The Geleen Winged angels. The planed it out so perfectly. With a new weapon they struck. A pbc buis Loaded with Cobras 6. Bobby was shocked. He was hit… It was over… But were talking about the king. Not the King of Pop, Not the king of Rock…But The king Of pintjes and vet Rollen. His Enormous Vet Rollen acted like body armour protecting him from the attack. The Gelee gang fled. The crowd Erupted with cheers and bobbys reaction was as cold as ice. “Kut Kinjer” He went on to talk about his experience in the war, and even asked for 1 minute of silence to remember his friend, Marcel”LiL-Hoen$broek” Van Bats. We still haven’t found his body. After this he gave a motivational speech about Roda. “We gaan winnen, Roda 4 life Bitches!” Wow such a powerful message. Roda was even more confident, After months of training and missing Frietvrijdag. They were surly going to take the Dub. They lost 0-48. Bobby went apeshit. He was furious. Their training was perfect? Drinking beer and smoking sjeks. Niet te geloven. After the match bobby had a word with the team. “Luister, Ich been neet teleur gesteld, maar jullie mogen allemaal Kankor krijgen”. After this incident the Team was replaced with Punkers and gypsys. To be continued…

 | Got lucky and found this beauty on kitchintools, only one left in stock, so I knew what had to be done. <(_)> Surprisingly light with only 156g and well balanced, this knife just falls through anything with just the weight of the knife, basically no effort needed. I don't know if its due the Kasumi finish, but it's a noticeable step up even compared to my already great Kagekiyo Nakagawa x Myojin 240 Ginsan, which has a more mirrory finish. I'd even say that the cutting feel is on the same level as my Kono WT, but the Tetsujin has a bit less issues with food sticking, again, I guess because of the Kasumi finish. Handle is Yakusugi Cedar with Buffalo Horn ferrule, nothing flashy, but very classic. Fit and finish perfect as every Myojin I had so far. 2025.02.01 20:41 SkyBlue726 Was Zuko actually a bad firebender, or did he just look bad compared to Azula?
We know Ozai hated Zuko partly because Zuko wasn't as talented at firebending as his sister Azula. But I'm wondering if Zuko was actually below average at firebending, or was he just constantly compared to Azula, who is considered the most gifted firebender at the time?
The show doesn’t make it super clear. For example, a 16 yld Zuko is able to defeat a high-ranking soldier like Zhao, so he seems pretty skilled by that point. And over the course of the series, he becomes even stronger. By the end, he’s probably one of the strongest firebenders, behind only Iroh, Azula, and likely Jeong Jeong.
Does the show suggest Zuko actually sucked at fire bending when he was a child, or was he just not talented as Azula? Which would make most fire benders look bad in comparison.

Monday: Sleep in & Condado beach day (Trying to find resort passes - anything anyone recommends?), maybe beach yoga or salsa class, massage if anyone wants, farewell dinner and drinks
Tuesday: Depart
Any good food recs? Would love to find some hidden gem local eats. I was trying to figure out Fajardo day, but I feel like it would be too crammed in this schedule.

Tell me it gets easier. We’re struggling, neither of us feeling like we are getting our needs met. I am just so tired of it all. I lack the energy to care because I feel like everyday I am mentally and physically giving so much. My husband feels like I am with him because of the monetary comforts and support - and I am starting to think maybe he’s right. At least for the season we are in with a toddler and baby on the way.
Would love to hear success stories if you’ve been through something, whatever that has meant for you.

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I have done mencuts at the salon but I never do it completely right and my coworkers basically finish and do the cut for me. At my hair school they didn’t even do a mencuts class and would tell me what to do and then walk away and never come back when I was cutting mans hair I thought I was good at mencuts in school but now i suck at it. I look up videos all the time but I just never get it. I have tried to find men cutting classes near me but I live in the middle of nowhere. Could someone give me guidance????
