Hi all I was prescribed Prozac 10mg to take during my menstrual cycle due to extreme anxiety it’s been causing. My gyno said to start taking the med 7 days before the start of my period and then to stop it once my period ends. She did say that I could also take the med daily if I’d like, and I’m leaning towards doing so since I also have GAD (and it just sounds easier to keep track)
My debate is that I’m leaving for vacation in 12 days and I am also due for my period while on vacation 🤦🏼♀️ I’m concerned about the potential side effects and looking to hear the experiences of others so I can make a decision on whether I should start the med now or wait until I get back.
Either way I am prescribed low dose Xanax I can take while on vacation if needed But if I do get side effects from the Prozac, would the dissipate in the next week and a half? What has been your experience TIA

 | Hi all! I’ve noticed ever since I bought my 2024 MY that the closing sound in my car is very loud. It sounds like the window rattles when the door is shut. I have another MY to compare and the sound is a lot more solid. I’ve had many SC visits for this issue only to be told that it is within spec. I told them that compared to another MY and they said different model years have different window mechanisms so the sound can be different. Has anyone had this issue or know how to fix this sound? AS charges to transfer miles to a family member. But no charge to transfer AS miles to HA. Then it is free to transfer miles on HA between one family member and another. Then another free transfer back to AS. Not sure why i would go to all that trouble, but it would work, right?

2025.02.01 23:00 coldsmokejesus My rewatch review
I just finished watching all the episodes from the dvd boxset my mom got me for Christmas. I hadn’t seen the show all the way through in years. Based on what I’ve seen on this sub, I don’t think I’m saying anything out of the norm as far as my review goes.
I love those early years. Seasons 1-3 are so heartwarming and funny. Seasons 1-5 in all though are pure gold and the best the show ever is.
Seasons 6 and 7 still offer a lot to love. There are really great jokes but the tone of the show shifts quite a bit.
Season 8 is when it really feels like they are running on fumes. Again, still some good jokes but the episodes feel kind of hollow and they feel less and less like real people. I do have some love for this season since it’s the one I remember watching when it originally aired when I was a kid.
Season 9 just kinda sucks. All over the place, not funny, and not the characters we’ve grown to love. It has the occasional glimpse of genius but that’s not enough to carry it. I do like the idea of the ending though and wish it was attached to an earlier season as the finale.

Hey, I’m Mathieu! I figured I’d give Reddit another shot instead of the usual dating apps.
A little about me:
I’m 5’5, with brown hair and blue eyes. I’d say I have an average build, but I’m happy to share a picture if you’d like to get a better idea of what I look like.
I tend to be a bit more on the introverted side, but with the right person, I open up and become more outgoing. I’ve always found that the best connections happen when both people feel comfortable and can just be themselves.
I recently switched careers and became a driving instructor – just wrapped up my car instructor degree a couple of weeks ago! I’m still working on my motorcycle certification but, in the meantime, I’m teaching both car and motorcycle lessons. It’s been a pretty exciting journey so far, and I’m enjoying most moments of it.
I live alone in my own place near the coast in Belgium, which is great because it gives me plenty of space to enjoy my hobbies. But i do miss some company every now and then.
A few things I’m really into:
• Motorcycles (of course) and mountain biking. There’s something freeing about being out on two wheels, especially when it’s on a motorcycle.
• Wild camping on the motorcycle – something I don’t do nearly enough, but I love the idea of exploring the outdoors this way.
• Gaming. I’m always down to play some games, whether it’s solo or with friends.
• Snowboarding – I used to do it a lot and would love to get back into it when I have the chance.
What I’m looking for:
Ideally, I’d love to meet someone from Europe who’s looking for a long-term connection. That being said, if you're from further away, it’s not a dealbreaker. I’m open-minded, and who knows, maybe the right person is just a bit further down the map.
It’d be great if you share some of my interests, but it’s not a must. I’m always excited to try new things and learn about what you’re into. After all, it’s all about connecting, right?

 | Trying to figure out the best way to proceed with prepping then repainting these weathered wooden window frames (location: Melb). My brother thinks using a paint stripper first. He said sanding is just pushing the old paint into the grooves of the wood but I thought it would be better to remove the excess flaking paint by sanding first, then using a stripper the remove what's left... or is that double-handling? It needs to be sanded at some point, right? I'm a noob at this, he's done things kind of like this before, but tends to wing it.
