 | Hi, I get chronic chillblains that usually start around fall and last till the spring or so. They get triggered really bad throughout the day and become red, swollen, itchy and painful, usually when exposed to heat like steamy food when cooking, holding a hot mug, being in a really warm room, sweaty hands or feet, sometimes from too warm of socks or gloves. But they also seem to get triggered from the cold/my toes fingers get really painful when cold. I also have raynauds. I do not know how to go about my life and do all my daily tasks without triggering my chillblains and I haven’t found anything that helps ease the discomfort when they are triggered.
