I've listened to Jelly Roll's song Winning Streak for a long time but just today saw how it's a pretty good metaphor for leaving Mormonism.
He's ashamed to go to AA for the first time. Which is how I felt on exmormon reddit the first time
Someone who was 20 years clean showed him the way. Just like all the great exmos on here and podcast that have helped show me the way. That life is good outside the church.
His line "no one walks through these doors on a winning streak". Is like how Mormonism was always stupid but I didn't see it until I wanted to see it. I didn't know I wanted out but I got to a place where I needed to know if Mormonism was true and I was actually looking to get the truth no matter what the truth was.

I had a notice to appear on may 2019, my immigration docket date was October 2019, my master hearing court was no where to be found for almost 6 years, it has been reopened and scheduled for may 2025, i was out of status from an f1 visa for less than 6 months, now im married to a usc with a usc child, i already filed my i130 and i485 and i864 and medical examination and all the required documents last week, i was trying to see if there is any possible way to expedite the process or something based on the fact that my court was in the air for almost 6 years which caused extreme hardship, i didn’t know if i should leave or wait or what to do, now i have everything filed the right way, i just want to know how is this legal to have my court 6 years from my actual docket date, i went to my actual court date with my lawyer in may of 2019 based on my notice to appear but they had told me that they dont have my name on file and i should wait till i get contacted again for the actual court master hearing date.. any suggestions?

Hey all, (29/F)
My endo (private, UK) has now viewed my MRI scan with her radiology team and confirmed a 10mm prolactinoma.
Before she seen the scans, she didn't want to jump to medication from my bloods (2678 mIU/L July 24' 3290 mIU/L Aug 24') as she's "seen people in the 10s of thousands" and told me not to worry..
But I'm reading a lot on here people with 2mm+ tumors on cab?!
I'm going for another blood test this month as it would be 6mo since my first and I'm very intrigued!!
The ball is now back with my NHS GP - should I push them for treatment?!
