As the title says, I upgraded(or will be upgrading whenever I can get a new GPU) but what is a fair price to sell my Asus 3080 Strix (12GB) and Corsair 850 RMx PSU? It would come with all Cablemod sleeves PSU cables. It was just used as normal gaming. No mining or damage to any of it. I am asking because I have seen similar cards go from $200 all the way up to $700. But with the GPU+PSU, I'm not sure what a fair selling price would be. Any ideas?

So my cat doesn't like my brother and peed on his bed and in the laundry hamper with he's clothes, I keep the litter box clean. it only seems like Sheriff "my cat" pees on my brother's stuff. Sheriff is a male so I don't know if that has any to do with it I'm getting him fixed soon but I want advise on how to curve the peeing on things behavior.

Based on the fact I couldn’t get the ball off him from kickoff leading to him forcing inside two minutes and him immediately stealing the ball and going 2-0, I just decided to lay down the sticks. It’s currently 17-0 in the 50th minute and he’s say through every celebration and replay.
Asshole gamesmanship aside, why the fuck can’t ANY of these game companies come up with something to combat this predatory garbage that only losers do?

So I've spoken to two different mechanics about this who don't seem to be worried, but my gut is telling me otherwise. I have a 2009 Hyundai Atos (also know as a Hyundai Amica), and it's axle is bent and I've been informed it's a pricey thing to fix and not entirely necessary. They had to align my wheels a little out of their optimal positioning to compensate for the bend so the car will drive straight. My issue is that as soon as I clock 70km/h or more, the car shakes quite badly, and if I'm on a highway going 120km/h, it feels like it's going to fall apart. However, the two mechanics and a third tyre specialist I went to have all said it's nothing to be concerned about and to rather ignore the shaking as best I can, and that's it's still totally safe to drive. I try to absorb those words, but when that shaking starts up, it makes me feel unsafe to drive. Replacing the axle will cost a quarter of what I paid for the car, so it's a huge expense. How bad is this? What other problems can this kind of thing cause if left unchecked? (The shaking has worsened a little in the last few months. It started a year ago after I went on a 6000km road trip over 30 days).
Separate question about a different issue: what can I do about dust accumulation on brakes? My brakes squeal excessively (especially for the first 10km of driving for the day), but I've had them replaced and new brake pads put in, but I've been told the squeal is just dust because my car lives outdoors (in South Africa). Are these things just par for the course for a 16 year old car?

Buenas, resumo lo mas posible mi caso gente para estar orientado. Mi bis abuelo tenia muchas tierras, que se terminaron loteando y repartiendo entre varios herederos, unos 6 aprox creo.
Mi abuela es una heredera de estos lotes.
El tema es que poner servicios es carisimo y se va haciendo de a poco, se destinaron "lotes de sucesion" para vender y costear estas mejoras.
¿Cual es el problema? varios de los herederos por hacer mangos faciles vendieron los lotes con boleto compra venta y "sin servicio" a precio irrisorio supongamos 6, 10k usd por 1000 m2.
Y ahora muchos de estos compradores quieren demandar al sucesorio por el servicio de luz o embargar, ¿como se procede? ¿quedan todos pegados?, ¿no deben ir en especifico contra quien les vendio el lote sin servicios primero?

I’ve been on one date with him. I asked him how long he’s been single & what happened. He got super defensive. The stuff he said didn’t add up either. He told me she was older (26) & she ended up saying she wanted kids asap with him (seemed a lie) which he was unaware of when they started dating. They dated for 4 months. She was too family orientated (career is #1 for him), had a job but was unsure she wanted to progress in a particular field therefore lacked ambition due to being unsure, lived 2hrs away. (I found out she lives 40 mins away & is a student nurse).
He seems lovely but it’s gotten to the point if I even mention something to do with an age gap, tease him about his or say something that could be remotely twisted to being about it he gets defensive, even blocked & unblocked me once. For example, I mentioned how my celeb crush is 21 dating a 28yr old woman how dating older women isn’t for the weak & im too young for my celeb crush, he for defensive about his last situation. My friends thinks it’s weird & either he still likes her, had regrets or did something bad he’s trying to hide.
