When will be the best time to buy a condo in dt toronto?
I hear people saying condo price will go down in 2025/2026 for a couple reasons
- A bunch of new condos closing and hence more supply
- Mortgage renewal coming up - people unable to pay high mortgage
- Less immigration, less demand
- HST on properties used for Airbnb - people are closing Airbnb business and hence selling condos

Hey y’all!
Quick background: I had a laparoscopic gallbladder removal in early November of last year after dealing with gallstones throughout my pregnancy and eventually a lodged stone in the bile duct. The biopsy revealed that there was an intracholecystic papillary neoplasm that was cancerous. I saw an oncologist and was cleared simply because the organ was removed and I wasn’t having any symptoms. I also have a few autoimmune disorders and have had them since puberty.
The problem: I am now almost 3 months post op and I still get these super itchy hives/bumps and redness around the incision sites on occasion. The bumps look almost identical to a mosquito bite, light in color and perfectly round. The sites themselves are healing quite well from what the surgeon told me. No pus or constant inflammation. I’ve also started getting a super itchy rash on my neck (thyroid levels are fine).
Theories on the cause: -the sites are still healing almost 3 months later, possibly due to an infection (no pus?) -the cholecystectomy messed with my immune system and now my body is attacking the incision sites -I’m on a lax keto diet, so I’m ingesting quite a bit of fat which could cause itchiness (but why at the incision sites?) -I’m having an allergic reaction to something…again why at the incision sites?
Has anyone else experienced this so far after removal?
I will be seeing a specialist but wanted to get some “personal experience” insight!

I own a ball machine. Been playing for 10 months. My net game is lacking.
What are in your opinion the best volley drills?
Also: do you apply slice when volleying or not? I always see the pro’s slicing upwards with their forehand when volleying.. I do this often as well but my coach is telling me to just hit the balls flat. Thoughts?

Like most Americans, I just don’t have the time or money to invest in an in-person therapist or psychiatrist. Even though I am insured by 2 policies.
Therefore, I am looking to find a budget friendly (bonus if they accept insurance) therapist/psychiatrist for medication management due to some mental health issues. I am now being told my PCP I have to find one to get my anxiety and sleep medications.
I work from home and most weeks I work 6 days a week and around 55 hours. So, I obviously don’t want to miss work for it. I could do an appointment during lunch or breaks, though.
I know that a lot of pharmacies aren’t accepting out of state prescriptions or prescriptions from certain telemedicine companies. So, have any of you used a budget friendly Telemedicine MH professional?
If so, could you list the names? I’m not above paying a reasonable price if they do not accept insurance, either. I’d just really like to find something affordable. A lot of options I’ve seen are super expensive. Thanks.

Hello! So I have two dogs who are from the same litter, the white one (George) is male and the black one (Darcy) is female. They are about 11 years old and have lived together their whole lives and have always loved each other very much but all of a sudden today they started growling at each other. It’s raining atm so I was drying George off and Darcy was just sitting next to him when all of sudden she started growling at him so I thought maybe she didn’t recognise him? So then I took the towel away and then they both started growling at each other! They did that for about 30 seconds but didn’t bite or even snap at each other then they went to the opposite ends of the couch and refused to even look at each other when the other was looking. I watched them for a bit but then they fell asleep.
I looked up one google for answer and saw something called littermate syndrome but I don’t think it’s that because they’ve never had separation anxiety from each other and have always been very loving to the rest of the family. They also reached social maturity a veryyyyy long time ago and this has never happened before.
I’m not sure if this is important but they are both neutered and spayed. Their breed is Beagle King Charles Cavalier cross. As I said earlier, it has been raining for the past few days and they hate the water so they could be anxious? I’m not sure. If anyone knows what might be happening or how I could help pls lmk!

I texted my team lead this past week that I will be late. I never showed up, I never called the hotline to call off. Honestly I just didn't want to go to work. My team lead texted me 2 hours later that if I wasn't coming in I need to call my supervisor. I went back to sleep. I did a no call no show and the next day my supervisor just blew it off and gave me his number and told me to let him know anytime complications arise. He didn't even ask me why I didn't show up. He was just happy I was there. Granted I am more productive than most employees but I still slack off. I feel a lot of posts on here are shit workers not knowing they are shit workers.

2025.02.02 01:50 Snoo_69200 FTPD not working?
I've tried using FTPD to transfer files from my PC and Phone to my 3DS because unscrewing the back is tedious but for some reason it just won't run? I typed in my IP correctly including the :5000 at the end yet it won't work. Do I have to port forward or is it something to do with the firewall?
