 | okay so for context last week my chest started hurting while I was at work and it felt like I was having a panick attack. I couldn’t catch my breath even as I sat down. I went home and my eye bags started swelling up, along with a neck rash. I went to the hospital and they told me it was anemia, when I went to do my follow up appointment they told me it was anxiety so they gave me lexapro. The swelling did not go away for 3 days neither did the rash. Some other side effects being fatigue almost everyday, bad brain fog, heart rate rising every time I stand up or do any activity and really bad anxiety all of a sudden. I also went from 135 pounds to 105 pounds in less than a year from not ever being hungry, but I’ve never lost that much amount of weight ever. I went again and they told me it was my anemia acting up but I’m not sure how true it is seeing as people get misdiagnosed all the time. I wanted to see if anyone has ever experienced any of this because as much as I look up the eye swelling all I see is allergies and I’ve never gotten like this with season allergies. To preface, a month and a half ago, I woke up for work, and about 10 mins after waking up I had horrible pain in my right testicle. I bike to work, so I just tried to ignore it for my ~30m commute. On the way there the pain was bad enough to make me feel somewhat nauseous. After 10 mins of being at work and Googling I see some stuff about torsion, so I go into the restroom and try twisting it/messing with it until the pain goes away, after about 5 minutes of messing with it, it stopped.
Fast forward to a week ago, I wake up in the middle of the night with pain in both testicles, not as bad as the pain from before, but still bad. I take a leak, change to a more comfortable pair of boxers, and try to go back to bed while writhing in pain for about 5-10 minutes.
I typically sleep pretty soundly, but in the past week, I've had 4 nights like the night above, including last night.
During the day, it's not really painful, but I can definitely feel something, especially on my right side.
Unsure what it is or what to do at this point.
I don't have medical insurance and haven't been to the doctor in over a decade, probably would've gone by now if it was an option.
