So my insurance company does not cover weight loss medication, period. I’ve appealed and lost so I started affordable semaglutide compounds and it’s been an amazing life changer so far. I’m stressed about a pharmacies inability to compound if ozempic goes off the shortage list. Does anyone know more about this than me that can help with an alternative or solution should that happen? Ive (33F) been on spiro 50mg for almost two weeks now. My doc recommended I try it for acne and dark hairs on my chin. Ive started having pain in my right breast (I have an area of denser breast tissue there) and the discomfort is enough that its affecting my sleep. Should I be concerned? Is this side effect temporary, or will it be constant as long as I take the medication? Anything I can do to lessen this pain? Appreciate any advice!

 | Attacks used in order: Blazing Attack, Galick Gun and Saiyan Spirit. Despite an annoying modelling issue, a very small but sometimes noticeable gap between the chestpiece and pants that shows some skin (I assume this is only a problem for female models, similar to Broly's boots not quite overlapping with his pants like they're supposed to), this is a very neat addition. All colors can be customized, aside from the thin white outlines and the pants (these are just the normal Z Bardock ones, they never make custom versions of skintight pants, presumably to prevent smartasses from making their CaCs look like they're naked). If you're like me and you're always on the lookout for outfits with tails, this is a godsend, especially if you missed out on the Festival custom Vegeta armor or prefer a more subdued version of the Saiyan battlesuit. Wearing it with certain pairs of pants makes the tail and flaps disappear, so it's also good for people who want a custom version of the even plainer Cell saga chestpiece (although it lacks the bodysuit). This friendship cannot be continued. It’s not shared experiences, information, and bonding like before that would rebuild the friendship. None of the present or future takes away from cherishing the past or being grateful that we crossed paths for me. I’m not saying that I am not half the problem of why things weren’t working anymore, I am. But they were going to fall apart sooner or later. We have different expectations of ourselves, others, and the experiences we want in life. Even if some of them are similar, our approaches and timelines toward achieving them are different. When we grew apart, you needed to figure out who you are to the point of being certain and confident in yourself, your path, what you want out of the experience of life (beyond work), and how to move towards it. The fact that these discoveries may have been completed or are happening now is fine but I can’t be a part of it. It's an emotionally difficult process in everyone’s human development and I don’t have the bandwidth to relive it vicariously or even support someone going through it. You are moving through life at your own pace and what and who relates to it at any given time will present themselves.
