I’m a 24M veteran / student with progressively worsening symptoms. Genetics appointment next month, endocrine appointment soon.
Here’s my symptoms / history: - Pierre Robin Syndrome w/o cleft palate - Scoliosis + Sacralization - Highly Myopic (-8.0 both eyes) - Joint instability / pain (mostly hips and knees) - Delayed / incomplete puberty / development (voice, hair distribution, etc.) - Central obesity / thin limbs / slight gyno - Fatigue / low energy / exercise intolerance - Coordination issues - Low sexual interest - Frequent infections w/ enlarged nodes - Often feel cold, but get night sweats / hot flashes during the day - Feeling of racing / fast heartbeat + slightly elevated BP recently (130-140/70) - Diagnosed ADHD + Depression - Testosterone testing: 290, ~400, ~500
Not currently taking any prescribed medication. Using weed to self-medicate.
Part of me is thinking Klinefelter’s or another genetic issue due to lifelong symptoms / presence of other genetic issues. I certainly don’t look like the typical Klinefelter’s patient though (head shorter than peers most of my life, now ~5’10”). I’m also worried it could be something more serious like a pituitary tumor.
I’ve been having to advocate for myself a lot in this process. Any opinions or direction is greatly appreciated. I’m tired of feeling like crap all day every day.

Доставка озон и его поддержка это что-то с чем-то. За последние 3 месяца сделал 3 заказа, один с доставкой из России, другие из Китая. Заказ из России доехал буквально на следующий день, с ним никаких вопросов нет, я даже удивлен был что так быстро. Но с заказами из Китая происходит полная муть. Первый, я заказал клавиатуру в конце лета, озон назначил срок доставки край 2 недели. В итоге, клавиатура пару дней валялась после прохождения таможни на складе и ещё несколько дней в Москве и в итоге доехала за 18 дней. Вроде бы ничего страшного, но озон изменил сроки доставки в одностороннем порядке и ничего не вернул, не заплатил никаких компенсаций ничего. Второй заказ. 4 ноября, по акции заказываю мышку, озон ставит сроки доставки с 22 по 26 число. Ну думаю ладно, подожду, скоро черная пятница, уже начинаются скидки, заказов много. Китаец выбрал поставщиком компанию CEL express. Ну думаю, очередная контора, пофиг. За 6 дней посылка приезжает на таможню, проходит ее полностью за 5 дней, что в принципе не много. Снова 2 дня валяется на складе после прохождения таможни и 18 числа отправляется в Москву. Все, на данный момент это последнее обновление по заказу которое выдают сайты для отслеживания. Пару дней назад я задумался, чёт долго она в Москву едет, фигня какая-то. В итоге оказалось, что компания cel везёт посылки через Уссурийск, что под Владивостоком, но не в этом главная проблема. Эта компания, если полностью доставляет посылки при выборе опции экспресс должна отправить ее до Москвы самолётом, но, доставку по России забирает на себя озон и она едет в Москву поездом. Завтра последний день сроков которые они назначили, посылку я жду уже 3 полных недели, а она где-то в середине России коптит на поезде в сторону Москвы только. Казалось бы, что я возмущаюсь, обычная ситуация при заказе с озона. Но, есть у них сайт с их документами и по компании cel есть сроки доставки, так вот, в Самарскую область, до пунктов выдачи, как они обещают посылка доезжает за 9-17 дней. В итоге можно сказать озон уже дважды нарушит свои сроки с этой доставкой. А главная моя притензия в том, что как я понимаю такое происходит почти у всех при заказе из-за границы, что не нормально для такой большой компании как озон. К тому же из-за этого нельзя никак рассчитывать сроки когда придет товар, тоесть если тебе нужно что-то срочно, на день рождения на пример подарок, даже если ты закажешь его за месяц до этого дня, не факт что он тебе к этому времени приедет. Хотелось бы как-то повлиять на отношение озона к своим клиентам но им на всех насрать. А по поводу поддержки, они просто тупые бараны которые знают два шаблона для ответов: "сроки доставки которые мы назначили не нарушены, отвалите" и "извините, не успеваем доставить ваш заказ, он прибудет позже, возможно в течении столько-то дней". Я писал им по поводу доставки и того что они нарушают свои сроки, сначала меня мягко послали и отправили к cel сказав что это они везут и озон тут не причем, а когда я узнал у cel, что мою посылку по России везёт озон и спросил за это озона, прочитал писульку про сроки.

Apologies if this is not the right place to be asking this.
A group of us are Harry potter fans and are interested in making a short-ish drive to Chicago for Harry Potter and the cursed child. None of us are familiar with broadway shows, but I did find that rush tickets are available for this show?
Does anyone know how often they sell out on weekends? Is it just better to buy tickets weeks in advance instead of risking it with the rush?
Again, none of us are familiar with this. We are looking at getting 6-8 tickets total. We are flexible on the time, but it would have to be on the weekend of January 3-5.
Any advice is appreciated.

I hire a caregiver part-time. I am trying to find a daily log suitable for tracking her hours and duties but I am coming up empty handed.
What I want is to ensure she has done the daily tasks, which is simple - I can have an excel spreadsheet with a spot at the top for her to enter the date, and a list of the daily tasks where she can check off "completed" (once completed of course).
But for the time it takes to do tasks, it seems overwhelming to ask her to write the start and end time for everything. I can't imagine marking for example, making the bed with "start time" 8:04 am" and "end time 8:17 pm", then going on to do the same for cleaning the stovetop, or even if we go with larger things for the time like "clean washroom" (with a list of things to clean daily or weekly listed) or "bedroom" (with a list of things to clean/do in the bedroom) I think that would be better, but may still be cumbersome.
My goal is to ensure the things I need done are completed, and also to ensure she is marking down her hours accurately. This is not only for me, since I don't know this person well yet and want to be sure I am comfortable with learning to trust her, but also in case I am audited I want to have a list of things as I claim her salary on my tax return.
I tried to find similar log sheets on google but came up empty handed. Does anyone here have a log sheet or has any suggestions how to set up a simple but useful log sheet?

Two auditions, admittedly, I came out saying “even I wouldn’t cast me, it was so bad!” But the other two I felt went well and still nothing.

Wanted to post here too to get as much information as possible -
I have had a few painless, flat, dry, red lesions appear on my glans over the course of the last few months repeatedly. I actually first saw them a year ago, but went about 9 months without seeing them again. Four different physicians have stated they look nothing like herpes, and for that reason I have elected not to do blood testing; I don’t want a false positive or a positive result that means nothing if what I’m seeing isn’t in fact herpes. I don’t think a swab test would be possible or mean anything, since there’s no liquid/ulcerous parts to swab.
I was prescribed triamcinolone acetate cream, which I understand to be a very strong corticosteroid. I used it very sparingly on the spots on my glans, and they immediately responded (gone in ~3 days after weeks of presence). I considered this the final nail in the coffin, as I’d read here and elsewhere that topical steroids generally make herpes worse.
I have tested for all other STDs and they are negative.
However, the spots have returned (still dry, itchless, painless, flat), and I’m seeing some studies online of corticosteroids used in conjunction with antivirals as actually helping herpes treatments. What is actually true? Is it just corticosteroids used alone that make it worse? Thanks.

2nd ultrasound then continuation with meds for 3 days. With insurance: $139 Without insurance: $667.92 (1 Pergoveris 300/150, 2 Orgalutran syr)

RFC will call everyday to give some news how embryo doing which is very helpful to us. They will freeze my egg because I have high progesterone which is not advisable for transfer because I have very painful headful after all the medication, so I have to recover body and brain from it.
