I've lost 4 good nights trying to get this combo working with no success:
Celestron 8" SCT Apertura Ultimate SCT Adapter Various 42mm extensions Askar OAG M54 SVBONY filter drawer SV226 ZWO ASI120MM Guide Camera ZWO ASI533MC Pro Main Camera ASIAir
I can get the ASI533 focused fine on the main camera, but i can't get them focused on the guide camera. The best I can to results in a dim, blurry star, and the ASIAir can't calibrate. It keeps losing the guide star.
This setup works really well with an Askar FMA180 and an Askar 71F.

Scrolling through this sub for the past two days and I’m noticing a pattern ngl most people on this sub regardless of age are hyper fixated on this dude and it’s just straight up weird atp. Seems like you guys put more effort in keeping up with this nigga than you do to get some money or pussy lmao.
You guys need to go and find value in things other than entertainers for a few weeks and when you come back you’ll realize how weird you sound obsessing over some songs from a degenerate that doesn’t even care about his own career. Been a fan since 2016 and it seems like dude is gone off the deep end rn. The fame, clout and drugs consumed his brain.
He’s made a few good songs sure but the amount of love he still gets while behaving like a pos is exactly why his ego is so inflated rn and feels like he can do the bare minimum and still be on top. You guys created this so don’t complain now lmao just stop it in its tracks while you can.

I’m sick to my stomach honestly the way her and Brit are doing mental GYMNASTICS to try and deny that that POOR BABY was not being chronically sexually abused makes me sick to my stomach. 40 Male, 5”7, 148lbs, generally healthy ( high cholesterol) and no chronic problem except for herniated lumbar disc with chronic lower back pain. Takes baclofen and buspar. No smoking to alcohol.
This happened a few times, perhaps once every few weeks while I am falling asleep my entire right arm starts to have small tremor. At first I thought it was some feeling I’m experiencing while falling asleep but last night I used my left arm and visibly felt the tremor. It stops change position. No loss of motor function, no weakness, no muscular atrophy.
I know it doesn’t sound like anything serious, but afraid it could worsen or something I should get checked with a neurologist promptly.

2024.11.24 23:30 adult_lady Speaker setup for Fluance RT82...
40+ and going back to my childhood roots diving in on an entry-level turntable setup this year. (Oh the good memories of my mom's vintage setup cranked up all summer in my basement!)
After much research - including in this sub, I'm decided on the RT82.
Now I'm in the fun stage of going back and forth on speaker setup.
At first, I thought active for ease. Started with built-in preamp, expanded to get an external preamp + the speakers. But man, struggling to settle on a decent set of bookshelf speakers that literally anyone agrees on for decent sound and quality. Honestly, still open to a setup like this if there are any solid suggestions out there...
Now considering just stepping up to a passive system, even lower end, to start, then I can be in a better position to upgrade later. So, if I go with the STRDH190...what are my best options for speakers to match it with? I'm probably up for spending $300 on the speakers, I might squeak up to $400 for a really compelling argument. And will I need any extra components here? I'd prefer not, if possible, for now.
Keeping in mind real life things:
The room where the setup will be is absolutely not optimal - the turntable and speakers will be on one side of the sofa. But really, it's an open floor plan, and the overall goal is that I want to be able to generally enjoy listening throughout the house - which is small, not *just* while sitting in front of the turntable.
Music will be pretty across the board - from country to classic rock to indie to soul.
