 | Been stiff since fitted, and I think that's why the Tap recently worked loose, I've re-fitted it and it's solid, but it's got so much resistance I think it may happen again over time. Other then Redditt and you tube, it’s may first foray into social media. I woke up this fine Sunday morning, had a good breakfast and decide to hop on Blue Sky for a bit. I had a good time. Post a few things, liked, reposted or quote posted a few others. Then I noticed it was getting dark. I’m a gonna have to put up some guard rails cause that place is damn dangerous. :)

I suffer with psycosis, split personality disorder, ptsd, depression and anxiety and experienced a lot of trauma and therefore, i have been relying on drugs and alcohol, to stop me from giving up and helping me to cope, since I was 14, I am now 28.
I lost my son and husband in 2019 and became homeless in 2020 and have been living independently for the past 4 years for the first time in my life, in and out of temp accommodation, I now have my own proper place and have been struggling to cope since I moved in.
Since losing my loved ones, I lost my reason and purpose to live, lost interest in everything as life only seemed worth living with them in my life, life without them is a life I do not want.
I am back and forth from doing OK to not doing OK at all and it's getting harder to recover everytime I breakdown.
I haven't left the house properly for over 3 weeks, stopped eating, stopped washing, stopped tidying up...
My cats and my partner are the only things that keep me from ending things as I feel guilty leaving them behind.
But hey that's some context, I'm so miserable right now and sick of the 4 walls around me so figured this might be fun or cheer me up a bit

Around a month ago, i had 120 wpm 15 seconds pb and then i practiced and then a few weeks later i got 133 wpm 15 seconds, but its been over 2 weeks, and i havn't been able to beat it. any tips? also, i have 133 15 sec pb but for longer times my speed is a lot slower. 30 seconds is already 114 and 60 sec is 107. I have seen other people's profiles and not many people's are like that. Are there any ways that i can improve my stamina?
