I've been lifting at the gym and training bjj simultaneously for a few years now, and recently i added long runs to my weekly routine which i have been really enjoying quite a bit. Though, lately i feel my gym routine is not optimal and would like some opinions of what split i should go for instead, assuming my bjj and running days are locked. I currently do the "bro split" at the gym, i only hit each muscle group once a week at most. Also ever since i incorporated running, leg days have been difficult since it impedes my long runs so i sometimes skip it even though i enjoy training legs.
My current weeks consist of the following split:
Mondays - Jiu-jitsu
Tuesdays - Gym (Chest, Triceps, Core) Chest - Machine Incline Press / 3 sets / 8-10 reps Chest - Incline Bench / 3 sets / 8-10 reps Chest - Chest Flys / 3 sets / 8-10 reps Triceps - Rope Pulldowns / 3 sets / 8-10 reps Triceps - Tricep Dip Machine / 3 sets / 8-10 reps Core - Cable Crunch / 3 set / 8-10 reps Core - Leg Raisers / 1 set / 30 reps Core - Front plank / 1 set / 2 minutes Core - oblique planks / 2 sets / 1 minute each
Wednesdays - Jiu-jitsu
Thursdays - Gym (Back, Biceps, Core) Back - Lateral Pulldown V-grip / 3 sets / 8-10 reps Back - Seated Cable Row / 3 sets / 8-10 reps Back - Machine Vertical Row / 3 sets / 8-10 reps Biceps - Dumbbell Curls / 3 sets / 8-10 reps Biceps - Barbell Curls / 3 sets / 8-10 reps Biceps - Preacher Curls / 3 sets / 8-10 reps Core - Cable Crunch / 3 set / 8-10 reps Core - Leg Raisers / 1 set / 30 reps Core - Front plank / 1 set / 2 minutes Core - oblique planks / 2 sets / 1 minute each

The rare days i do manage to swap a bjj day out legs, i do the following:

Please let me know how i can amend my gym split to optimise my sessions.

At my original store they said it was 5-6 min = standard 7 = LIGHT WELL 10 = well 15 = extra well But at the new store I'm currently at, everyone says shorter times, so what is the official on the book time?
