As the city I am in has a very low cost of living and I have no ties to stay here long term I am planning to quit my job and live off savings for a while to work on some courses to help lay groundwork to start in tech as I love computers and technology and crave a job that has flexibility and a work schedule where I don't feel exhausted and stressed all the time. My end game is working as a web developer but I know that won't happen overnight. So I am planning to go down the e entry level I.T. support route roles then later move onto web dev some years down the line after my skills are up to standard but hey maybe I'll love tech support. I wondered if anyone from this industry could give me some advice. Are professional certs worth exploring or should I pay out to do an intensive course or bootcampvive been looking on coursera at google, ibm and Microsoft courses then trying for a+. I'll probably be able to spend around 5-6 months before I need to find work maybe more as I'm going to do some private tutoring to earn extra income but my intention is to treat this as an opportunity to do some intensive learning and upscale my skills. Hello!
I've been diagnosed with adhd the past year and it's also in question if I might have high masking autism. (25F btw) I've had trauma related therapy for 3 years, in which we also discussed things like how to deal with emotions and other useful stuff. I was on sertraling for one year, now I've been off it for 1,5 years. I've been taking elvanse the past year since my diagnosis, but I don't know if I should continue because I've lost so much weight, and I'm already on the skinnier side.
The past couple of months I've been feeling more and more depressed. I know a lot of it is due to me not knowing where my career path wil go to and being afraid of not finding something I like. I dread going to work even though it's not stressfull or anything, it's just not fun, I don't know of other people do it. I have more and more days on which I just don't want to get up. Even if I have free days, I just want to lay in bed all day because everything else is too exhausting, I have no desire on getting up or doing other stuff.
I still enjoy some hobbies, but when I was on sertraline I was just so much happier. I went outside just because, now I even struggle do go out of bed, nevermind going outside. I'm just kind of confused because I don't have any topics I could go to therapy I guess? I mean I have a few smaller ones that interfere with social/relationships but it doesn't feel like I'm going to enjoy doing stuff when I work on them. I miss just enjoying life when I was on sertraline. I try to do things that are mood uplifting like doing excercises, heating healthy, meditating. But it's really hard when it doesn't really feel rewarding or feeling like it helps me. Or it's even harder to just start because it feels pointless.
I'm afraid I'm searching for a wonder pill/easy way out while everyone else has to work for their happiness. Do some people just need medication even if they had therapy? I read online antidepressants alone are not helpfull long term for depression and therapy should always be also done. But Ibdon't even know what I should talk about in therapy. It's not like I'm in a life threatening situation.

 | I've Always had problems with colgging with the stock creality hotend even with a bimetal heatbrake installed. recently ive purchased a volcano hotend and i've managed to install It correctly on my Ender 3 and when i started to print a flat object the First layers went fine but from the third layer It started to clog again So i'm taking in consideration everything at this point since i can't have the same problems with a completely different hotend and dual Gear extruder and figured that maybe the root for all my problems was caused by the overtightening of the nozzle So i'm wandering, how can i figure out that i've tightened the nozzle correctly or too mutch? Please if someone can help me, this is happening to me while I’m trying to sort through and repair a lifetime of serious mental health issues. I can’t handle any more discomfort or anxiety. My right eyelid has been swollen for 12 days and it won’t go away. When the swelling gets bad, because of the way my eyelashes are, they curl inward and brush against my eye every time it moves, whether my lid is closed or open. It is driving me insane. That eye is red, irritated and constantly watering as well.
I went to urgent care when I woke up on day 2 of symptoms who sent me home with an allergy eyedrop.
Day 3 the swelling got drastically worse in that eyelid and I called my eye doctor. They were able to see me same-day and told me I had viral conjunctivitis in my right eye, sent me home with steroid eyedrop.
I took the eyedrops as prescribed and tried to stay on top of sanitation until day 7 when I noticed my left eye starting to look red.
I went back to the eye doctor who added an antibiotic eyedrop.
I have been taking these eyedrops for 6 days as prescribed. The redness in my left eye cleared up completely, and redness/swelling improved a bit in my right eye but it is still noticeably swollen and red, and still watering.
I don’t know what else I can possibly do. I’ve washed pillow cases, sheets, and surfaces many times. I’ve had to call out of work 7 times now and am not emotionally stable enough to cope with this.

 | I smoked a 14 lb prime brisket on the traeger ironwood XL for about 15 hours low and slow at 225 super smoke setting(fat cap up) and when I saw that the bark was set , it was the color I wanted , and it was close to probe tenderness, I put the brisket back into the smoker in a foil boat until it reached the probe tenderness that I was looking for which was around 205. I post two videos per week and have been doing so since the summer. I missed a week cause I got busy at the beginning of the month.
I used to spend enough to get 7500+ views which for me is fine for what I spending. Now I go back and it says I can only get like 100 views at most for the same campaign.
I tried to see if I could change all my targeting like target completly different countries and interests but still aligned to my channel and yet it still only reaches slightly more than 100.
My videos consistently get about the same amount of likes and views nothing has changed much only slightly gotten better and better since the summer.
Idk if IG is just actin wild suddenly and I should just forge ahead doing the same or change something.
