I've been rereading the 4th world war arc after reading the interviews and saw that sasuke is really a singleminded person. kishimoto doesn't show us his thoughts more than some battle sequences and the things he said. other than that he's literally quiet. he came for one thing, everything else fell into a dusty corner of his mind. irrelevant, something he's tolerating just enough before asking for his specific interest.

I’ve been lifting for a while now and have always stuck to the classic creatine powders. You know the drill—mixing it with water, sometimes dealing with that gritty texture, or forgetting to take it altogether. Recently, I came across creatine gummies, and I’m intrigued.
I picked up a bag last month just to see how they compare. So far, they’re ridiculously convenient. I can toss them in my bag and take them whenever, no shaker bottle required. Plus, they legit taste like candy, which is a game-changer for someone like me who sometimes skips supplements because of the hassle.
That said, I’m still not sure if I’ll notice the same results as I did with powder. I’ve heard mixed things about absorption and effectiveness with gummies. Have any of you guys made the switch? Do they hold up for gains, or am I just getting caught up in how easy and tasty they are?

This might be a me thing.. I'm not sure. Or maybe people being rude? Or I'm being rude?
I've been in countless situations, at work and with my ex partner, where I ask them something basic like: "Can you go get that?", and so many times people just reply "please?" emphasizing the fact that I did not say please. I'm not sure if this is relevant to autism or if I wasn't taught to say please as child (I doubt this? I was raise very politely). Or maybe I'm just rude?
It's been bothering me lately and I'm trying to make a conscious effort to say it but most of the time I say it afterwards.. which just shows I had to think about saying it lol

It is usb chargeable and also has 3 light colors (amber, blue and white)i n 4 intensities (lowest setting in the pictures). Very light and the battery last long, easy to clamp to the Nomad folio.
