I am a new HVA that was trained by HR. I got a client right before my graduation and was told I was highly recommended based on my skills and performance throughout. Now, my role is intense to the point we do not take breaks much (I am not exaggerating) it is in an environment that I am not (admittedly) comfortable with since there are many toxic traits to dislike about them such as open cams, no break policy and one of the weirder ones like having no holiday breaks just pure work with the client. Recently, management has been toxic and would rather have other employees even though they are “harassing” or being “inappropriate” in the workplace despite you reporting it to management. I just cannot stand it mentally. I got a job interview with Janie Health and quite shockingly I was invited for a final interview after just messaging the head online (lol) she really enjoyed and understood the tons of roles and experience I had as a VA which is why I was hired right on the spot but I just have to make a video and submit my CV.
Here’s the thing, I am just new to this VA stuff and would want to ask veterans or people employed with Janie Health. Is it worth transferring? Thanks! If you have any recommendations feel free to comment it, I appreciate you all.

Was being dumb and accidentally idled my car for a couple minutes with around 3 quarts instead of 4. When I checked the dipstick the oil was midway up the bulb part.
I’m assuming everything’s fine, but just wanted some extra reassurance from someone who really knows the 2.3L engine. Did I put in enough oil to lubricate the lifters or did something had to have experienced some wear?

Já zerei Forza Horizon 5, então só faço as missões semanais de temporada.
Estou jogando The Crew 2, mas acho ele bem vazio em questão de interação online. Então só entro e tento fazer as missões semanais do Sumit também. Até comprei o jogo pra um amigo meu pra gente jogar junto pra ver se fica mais interessante.
Queria pegar o MotorFest mas ainda tá caro pra mim no presente momento.
E ainda tenho que tentar o Forza Motorsport, já que tenho gamepass.

First of all: PSU is NOT that one, chose the closest one. Mine is Mars Gaming MPIII650.
Thinking of replacing the MBD, CPU, RAM and in the future (6M-1Y), GPU to a 4060, 4060 Ti or another one. Thing is, noticed this motherboard has an additional 8 pni connector. Not interested in any OC, not a single change but new fans. Is it necessary that I get another PSU?

Most people in here now are probably here to buy memes. You might not like it, but that is the reality. My chats have become overrun with newcomers so I figure now is probably a good time to share some of the things I've learned over the years.
Figure out YOUR game. This is a big ecosystem and there are many games to play. Do you look for lowcap gems? ape higher caps with size? spray and pray? pick one coin and community build?
They are all very different and you'll need to learn how to play each before you consistently outperform others. You are playing against people who have more money, experience, and technical skills than you. Playing with no experience is the best way to make sure that they always win.
Things are only growing and it is impossible to be the best at EVERYTHING. Focus your efforts in a specific spot, and get good at it! If you spread yourself too thin trying to play everything, you will eventually find yourself mentally and financially exhausted.
This is a game of poker, and you don't have to play every hand. It's okay not to play all the time, there WILL be more hands.
Be patient and surround yourself with good people who are smarter than you. Ask questions, listen, and learn from the right people. If they are the right people, they also certainly won't be trying to sell you a course.
