Discovery is done so NLST would have to request Supplemental discovery...which was already denied once so more time is not a benefit to NLST as far as Micron HBM/DDR5 revenue. IMO, the NLST expert has already extrapolated Micron's future revenue for the litigation time frame and that is what will be used at trial. So, unless MU pipes in and provides the data during witness testimony then it is very low odds a second Supplemental discovery request will be granted !!
Samsung's lawyers refer to NLST's contradictory positions regarding Settlement negotiations...if only we had the details !!!
If we do not have the details pertaining to Sk-Hynix Settlement negotiations (or Samsung and Micron for that matter) then we have no way to know if this is BS or a valid argument !!
In June 2024 Judge Gilstrap denied NLST's motion to re-open the '203 litigation so it will not proceed until all the IPR appeals are completed ! MU will not be settling anytime soon and Samsung has no reason to settle either...the HBM and DDR5 IPRs will be critical to all parties.

My wife (33f) and I (33m) will be visiting from London for 10 days or so in Feb 2025. I’ve always wanted to visit SA, though now our trip is a reality I’ve become a little concerned about safety, particularly as we plan to do a fair bit of driving.
I was really looking for some feedback on our plan, and hopefully some reassurance, in an attempt to feel a little less on edge. This is probably particularly within the context of roads we should take/avoid.
If anyone has specific recommendations along this route or more general feedback then I’m delighted to hear it.
Itinerary below:
Day 1 - land Cape Town, hotel around Green Point Day 2 - Rent car, drive to Montagu, stopping at Robertson, Beck vineyard etc Day 3 - Drive to Calitzdorp, doing scenic pass along the way Day 4 - drive to Oudsthoorn, do caves etc Day 5 - drive to Wilderness - stay and eat at Serendipity Day 6 - drive to Franshoek (I know this is long, but we wanted a full day there) Day 7 - big old wine day in Franshoek Day 8 - return to Cape Town, hotel location tbc Day 9 - day in Cape Town Day 10 - day in Cape Town Day 11 - Sod off home

I was just let go by a company that does paid class B CDL training. The 3 people they fired from the training were all female. We felt a weird vibe about it and knew some of the more machismo trainers were not happy to have us (females) there. They didn't give students much time to practice.... 10 skills in 3 days and the 8 of us were sharing like 2 or 3 buses so no one got a lot of driving time and then the reason they fired is girls was because we "needed more time in the seat." 2 of the 3 females they fired were new breastfeeding mom's and the ONLY female they didn't fire already had class A experience..... it all just feels..... Unjust.

 | Should I return this skirt or is it possible to get it altered? Found this lovely maxi skirt in Nordstrom and it was on sale too. The only problem is that it’s a bit too maxi on me. I’m only 5’ and will be wearing this with heels but the skirt completely covering my ankles doesn’t work for me. I can’t hike it up because it has a big slit at the back. My question to you fine folks is if this skirt is worth tailoring or if I should just return this and mourn the loss. It fits so beautifully apart from the length. Is it worth paying Nordstrom $60 (rush fee + alteration) to do it? I am leaving the country this week so I have to pay the rush fee unfortunately. Alternatively I could get it altered where I’m going but there’s a chance i might not find a very skilled tailor. Is this a difficult alteration? Is there something I’m not thinking of here? The material according to the website is 75% nylon, 25% spandex. I’ve attached pictures from the product listing. On me it fits pretty much the same everywhere else except it hits below my ankles. I’m looking for a VERY SPECIFIC book for my daughter that I vividly remember my grandma having and I can’t find it anywhere to order😭 its incredibly important to me. It has a bunch of nursery rhymes and fairy tales. It almost like a mother goose book. It was a pretty thick book and had TONS of stories like humpty bumpy, hey diddle diddle, the old woman who lived in a shoe, etc… I’m not sure if it’s just a vintage book they don’t make anymore or what. I’ve tried looking online too and can’t find anything like it. If you know what I’m talking about please help me find it😭

Inspired by a router jig by 3x3 custom, I printed up the base with the wings underneath. This jig made it way easier to create a fairly large mortise, 1” wide and almost an inch deep along the side of this floating shelf. It’s basically like having two edge guides at the same time, so I just moved side to side. Made pretty quick work of this mortise, and the handles make it pretty easy to control, even with the dust extractor connected.
Man this 3D printer is cool.
