The fibroids are finally out!!! I'm tired and in some pain, but can feel a huge change in how my stomach feels already. I'm glad that in the midst of me absolutely freaking out and sobbing before surgery, I remembered to ask for pictures. Because mine were so large, they had to cut them to take them out through four small incisions (belly button, below belly button, and on either side of my stomach). It's hard to tell size in the first picture. One was almost 7 inches, one around 2 inches, and one around 1 inch, all outside the uterus. The largest was pedunculated and on a fairly thin stalk. It hit me just how much that was looking at the second picture of an almost full cup that the surgeon is holding. I know how lucky I am to be somewhere that has such skilled surgeons they could do this laproscopically and not have to do an open myo. I'm also lucky that I had a fully female team. From the two surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists...everyone! The only male I saw all day was my fiance. (Not saying men can't be great surgeons and doctors for females, it was just comforting knowing that everyone working on me had the shared experience of having a uterus).
The anesthesiologist knew I had horrible anxiety (everyone did, I couldn't stop crying and shaking and I had myself broken out into hives). They had me sedated before I even knew what they were doing and before my fiance ever left the pre-op room. All she said to me was "OK were going to start to get you a little sleepy then we will put you under when we get to the room. Let's talk about something other than the surgery. What do you want to talk about?" We didn't talk lol I was out cold after that sentence and I love this woman for doing that for me. Next thing I knew I was opening my eyes hearing another nurse say "Hey you're in recovery!" I will say as I was waking up I was having bad cramps and literally thought I was going to poop. Also, my throat was killing me from being intubated and my uvula is still tender and swollen. I ended up being more worried about that than anything as I came out of the anesthesia. I laid there for about 10-15 minutes waking up and instantly had to pee. I know that's what most people get hung up on while trying to go home, but I had to go. I wasn't ready to stand up yet so they gave me a bed pan. I asked if I actually peed a normal amount or if I was just crazy and they told me I did. Then about 10-15 minutes later I really had to pee again. I couldn't believe it. I stood up and walked to the bathroom and went that time. The second I sat up in bed this giant burp just rumbled up from my stomach releasing some of the gas they pumped into me. It happened again as I was walking to the bathroom. I went a full amount again and asked if this was normal. The nurse told me that they had been pumping a ton of fluids into me during surgery so, yes, it was. I also was allowed to have liquids up until 3 hours before my surgery and they suggested Gatorade. I took that advice and had plenty of it and water before that three hour mark. (I know not everyone gets these instructions, but for my case I think this helped tremendously!) As I was going to the bathroom the second time the nurse was telling someone else to call my fiance back. They called him by name several times like they just knew exactly who he was. That was comforting. I hadn't even walked back from the bathroom before he was walking in. I should mention that he is on crutches currently due to being hit head on by an intoxicated driver back in June. Yup, we're quite the pair right now lol He had my bag of things with him and the nurses actually took it from him and dressed me and got me all ready to leave. They were absolute angels all of them.
I definitely have some pain from the gas this morning but gasx seems to be helping. I didn't think I would be hungry when I got home last night but I was starving. I didn't want to over do it so I had a bowl of cottage cheese for some soft protein. I'm currently drinking a boost with 30 g of protein in it for breakfast.
I couldn't really sleep much last night, so hoping to get some sleep soon. I'm glad it's over and I'm ready to now heal and hopefully feel like myself again.

Question:
I have this helper. She’s been my son’s nanny since September 2023. I fired her in May 2024 because she was a huge headache— not doing her job properly, always going out at night and coming back at 5am on her day off, which I understood since it was her day off. But every month, she goes home (around 2 hours away) promising to return after 2 days but always breaking her promise and returns after 3 days. The final straw was, she decided to return after 4 days on her own. So I told her not to return. I already paid her salary then.
Anyway, I allowed her to return as our cook/househelper in August since I believed she had enough time to rest and she got stressed at her previous role. The problem is, she became our nanny again in October since my son had epilepsy and we couldn’t find anyone who would stay. She also brought in her friend to be a second nanny but always gave her job to the nanny #2.
Nanny #1 does not do a lot of work at home and always goes out. She also asks permission to go out almost every night to buy load or make excuses but she meets her bf. She also often sleeps over at his place even if it’s not her day off. There are times I don’t allow her, but most of the time I allow her to.
But it’s gotten to the point where she is making stories. I also caught her yesterday that she was doing her bf’s laundry here at home with my materials and during the time she’s supposed to be working.
I already warned her and she apologized for that. Nanny #2 said she already has plans to quit after receiving her 13th month in december and file a labor case against me.
I have never oppressed her and always paid on time, sometimes even earlier than pay day. Here are her perks:
- Salary is P7,000 (minimum provincial rate is P4,500) since she waived her contributions since she doesn’t have them. I have let her sign a notebook whenever she gets her salary.
- Work hours: 7am-12noon, 12noon-3pm rest since my son sleeps with me, 3pm-8pm. After 8pm, she’s already free but doesn’t sleep until midnight since she’s always on the phone with one of her 3 boyfriends.
- 1 day off on Sundays. She usually stays in her room the whole day. At night, she goes out with her friends and returns 6am the next day.
- 80% of the time she asks to go out at night to buy snacks, I allow her to.
- Ever since nanny #2 joined, she has had plenty of time to relax too. She’s always on the phone with her bf even if it’s time for work.

2024.11.26 14:30 MonModra MSI Support dismissed my ticket! Help!
My system was running fine for a long time, no new hardware was added, nothing was changed except graphics drivers. Not all at once but more and more frequently over a couple weeks while gaming my screen would go black, sound would remain briefly, then my whole computer would reboot. Then it started crashing trying to load a game. Now my PC only boots into BIOS. My RAM, CPU, and both drives are detected in the BIOS.
I have installed my boot drive and GPU into another system and they function perfectly. It has to be the motherboard right? MSI support said the ONLY two reasons a computer will only booting into BIOS is because a drive has failed, or the OS on that drive is corrupted.
When I told support the drive, that has windows on it, works perfectly in another system they stopped responding.
Anyone have any ideas?

Hello! I am trying to make a small script that does the following. However, I don't see ways in the documentation to bind mouse buttons as hotkeys for automation.
On mouse1 down: record time and cursor position
On mouse1 up: If the time elapsed since the mouse down event is below a threshold, OR If the location of the mouse up event is below a threshold distance of the mouse down, Emit a mouse up at exactly the location of the mouse down (and prevent the default event) Otherwise, emit a mouse up at the current location (or just let the event go through)
The goal is to prevent clicks from getting eaten (turned into tiny drags that do nothing) if the mouse up is a subpixel away from the mouse down.
Currently macOS turns about 20-30% of my mouse clicks into tiny drags if someone walks behind me, or if the mouse has pressure put on it (such as from clicking the button), or just because. This means it sometimes takes 4 to 5 clicks on an app in the dock before the app will move to the front. I've been looking for ways to resolve this, see below:

- Jet (Supreme aspect) With her transformation into a wraith which is now moving towards the road of a typical transformation but still tied into her aspect and potential implications of what it may lead to further down the line, as a wraith is still tied to the undead and death
- Effie (Transcendent aspect) now we are in the true transformation parts where she quite literally just becomes a larger version of herself and if you call back to the tomb of Ariel the descriptions of Effie from then
- Kai (Ascended aspect) this is the first Atleast among the cohort who has a real tried and true transformation into a full on dragon.
