I just found out about MSRRA and asked my HR. My spouse is active duty with legal residence of Virginia, and I am a resident of California. We got married in CA and we’re not still in CA. We have been married since may 2023 and I have been having California income tax taken out of my pay check. Would it be beneficial to file for MSRRA? Can I just claim my spouses residency to VA as mine? Also can I get back paid for the taxes last year that I paid to CA?

I am interested in some of the IT programs. However, after looking at them, I already have all of the certifications they list. Plus, I have a Masters in IT from another school. I have been in IT for nearly 30 years.
My question: if I apply can I pay whatever the tuition costs are and get a degree? I guess what I mean is how can I maximize the amount of classes I can skip and minimize the amount of time to spend (and hence cost) of getting another degree?

I haven't see much project like this and this is why I decided to Open Source how I was doing it!

Great option during the winter months if you are looking for an option in Europe. When I was last here in 2019 there wasn’t much to do in comparison to how it is now. Now that I’m here 5 years later I’m absolutely blown away by how there is to do, how much trendier spots there are and how much nicer the cafe and bar scene is now. And yes I’m aware of how much that must have sucked for locals, but for nomads I think this place is amazing.

Reposting as I wanted to update the pictures. I turned on the shower and the water is running through these white pipes in the pictures, so maybe my last pic was incorrect. I know everyone talked about insulating the pipes, would that still be the recommendation for these PVC pipes? Would you recommend the fiberglass pipe insulation wrap, as opposed to the foam pipe insulation (since these pipes are quite a bit thicker)
Our basement is pretty warm already by the way.
