I own a Suzuki Ignis zeta manual variant bought in 2023. I dont know a lot about the inner workings of a car, hence I just need a little help with this issue.
As I stated in the title, our car mileage has gone from 18 to 14 kmpl. Our 3rd servicing was done and 4th was coming up when the mileage started going downhill. Our 4th servicing faced many delays because we rely on our car a lot, so couldn't get the servicing done on time.
I discussed the mileage issue with my dad and he said it might be due to the servicing delays. I got scared and arranged a servicing appointment last week. I carefully explained the issue to them and they said they'll look into it.
After the servicing was done, my dad went to pick up the car. He doesn't drive it that much. The employees said to him that they can't do anything about the issue, the mileage is normal as the car is being driven in traffic a lot. But that's just weird, because ive driven it before in the same amount of traffic and have still gotten 18kmpl.
Can anyone explain to me what might be going on? Ive had friends with the same car saying they get much more mileage than me, even more than 18kmpl. I drive a bit fast but not that much. Ive scoured the internet looking up tips and tricks for better fuel efficiency and it's still stuck at 14kmpl.

Let’s say I want to compare how a drug differentially impacts two cell types using single cell sequencing.
As a simple example, say I want to identify shared/unique dysregulated pathways between cell type 1 and 2 after the addition of a drug. I would first compare control and drug transcriptomes for cell type 1 type to get DEGs in type 1 due to the drug. Then would do the same for cell type 2. Then I would compare the lists of DEGs from cell types 1 and 2 to find which DEGs are unique vs shared.
My question is, would this be best performed with a discrete list of DEGs and GO, or with GSEA? Because DGE analysis gives me a discrete list, I can easily compare them and then use differential DEGs to find the shared/unique pathways through GO. But GSEA looks at all genes expressed, so I’m not sure how I would compare differentially impacted programs.
I would prefer GSEA because it is a more un-biased approach without an arbitrary p value cut off and takes into account the totality of gene expression. However, I don’t think I can use GSEA to compare differentially impacted pathways. Is there any way this is possible using GSEA or am I better to stick with DGE followed by overrepresentation analysis on unique and shared DEGs? Thanks for your advice in advance!

2024.11.27 19:31 EarsedDream Should I be more worried that I'm not worried about what happens after high school?
I know this is rather long winded, with an infinite amount of answers. However, I'm very interested in other people's thoughts on my situation.
I am a high school senior and not worried about after high school. My current plan is to graduate, work where I live for the summer, then move to another state (U.S) where I can continue to work. I'm passionate about film, theatre production (not acting, but working backstage as a technician), and jobs that allow me to connect with many different types of people. I'm currently looking at a film trade school in the state I'm aiming for. Financially, I just want to make enough where I'm not stressed every day, able to support my household, maybe go on a vacation every year or two.
I'm regarded very well at my school by teachers and students. In the past, my teachers and friends have told me I would do really well in college. I genuinely enjoy the pursuit of knowledge, and the enjoyment of all topics (math, science, history, and english) so I understand where the sentiment is coming from, I believe I would too. However, in my junior and senior year, it's become less enjoyable and I've continued to fall academically since then. Not a dramatic fall, my GPA is a 3.6 however I have failed math for the first time last year and about to fail my history course this year. I haven't applied for any colleges or scholarships yet either.
What I feel as what will get me through is I'm very social and connect with my peers, coworkers, and clients very well. At school, I strike up conversations with all my peers and have been thanked for making a better mood to a room. That being said, I'm occasionally a class clown but work hard on task and assignments. I worked my first job this summer, and it mostly talking to clients as I transported them from location to location, usually the elderly who were very eager to talk about their family. Which I loved a lot, I worked about 4-5 months, and I enjoyed coming in to work every day and have so many memories of the people I serviced.
This is a pretty lite summary of myself, however feel free to inquire I'm really interested if I'm making a big mistake not going to college or if my current plan is bad. Possibly something I'm missing too is appreciated.
