one of the bigger issues on the oblivion nexus is people set ask permissions but havent been online for like 5-10-15 years - or all the way back to 2006. mailing doesnt do much if any good.
now. i never really pushed this because a lot of the newer bethesda nexus games arent crippled by this ruling. new vegas, skyrim, starfield, fallout 4, london. oblivion is a whole different ballgame
now. i realize they say ask before using an asset which is in the file. esp. textures, meshes, sounds, etc etc - i have never had a problem on other nexus games mailing people and getting permission to do and use. usually folks is happy as shit for someone to do it. so i understand all about that. but does this just mean oblivion is completely hamstrung on old mods which are seemingly abandoned
does this mean absolutely no simple bug fixes can be applied even if it is a quick drag and a data point change?
and does merging a leveled list from one mod to another break this rule as well?
exactly how far does this go?>
oh. and wtf does no low level processing mean. like really.

I sweat super badly on this medication. The meds themselves help a lot but oh my god the sweat. I’ll be in class and all the sudden I feel sweat dripping down my arms. I always wear deodorant so it doesn’t smell (I don’t think) but it is so uncomfortable. It will drip onto my sweatshirt sleeve making it wet which will then rub against my arm. The sensory issues that this is causing me is making me much more agitated and anxious. Are there any ways to prevent this?

first off i want to say I’m not blaming the doctors, i don’t think they did anything wrong. accidents can happen.
my and my griflriend’s newborn son was born 5 days ago. it was an ordinary pregnancy and she had good maternal care. she went into labour on the 20th and was in labour for more than 48 hours before our son was born on the 22nd. he was “sunny side up” and much bigger than anticipated and it was a difficult birth. he was stuck in the birth canal and went without oxygen for a period and had to be revived, and he also suffered some form of brachial plexus injury (which will apparently resolve in time). he had to be transported to a different specialist hospital where he now remains; the prognosis is unknown, he could have severe brain damage, mild or severe cerebral palsy, or absolutely nothing. he did suffer 2 seizures since the hospital transfer.
it’s been unclear what the next steps/going forward should be for him. are there any proven therapies or things to assist him? they removed him from the ventilator yesterday and he’s doing fine with just CPAP, but he’s unfortunately very floppy/poor reflexes and doesn’t seem to react much to things going on around him. he is the biggest boy in the unit by far though at over 10 lbs!

So long story short, I've been promoting a garage rock / garage punk/ skate punk single released earlier this year. I need to mention that I've already gained circa 50k streams on it and it was added to multiple playlists beforehand without Meta Ads. The number of monthly listeners on Spotify has stuck around 5k, but previously, with the help of Spotify algorithms, it's been around 10k.
I watched multiple videos about setting up a campaign, read many articles, and was consulted by Chat GPT regarding how better can I set up a Meta Ads campaign to promote my single. As for now, I'm running 4 tests with a budget of $5 per day overall. All of them show an animated version of the single artwork + 30 seconds of the song + listen on Spotify/Apple Music icons. Two of them lead to the landing page with the single art and links to Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Music and include such parameters as:

Besides, I have a campaign leading directly to Spotify and one promoting an Instagram reel. Cost per result varies from $0.05 to $0.31.
For today, the problem is that I have 898 views of my landing page but only 127 click-throughs. In total, I spent $183 but still, I'm not sure which campaign I should focus on and enlarge its budget.
Some interesting points: I noticed that the most popular traffic source is Facebook and previously, I had a very weird average age of a lead: something about 60+ - that's why I decided to narrow the age to 20 - 35.
Any ideas on how can I improve my state of affairs? What has helped you in your experience?
