I’ve been having tmj symptoms for a couple months. The worst thing about it is that the muscles in my throat have gotten increasingly tighter, to the point where it can be difficult to swallow and breathe. I also have muscle weakness in my arms and legs.
Anyone else experiencing this? It’s quite scary. And I can’t differentiate the tight muscles between tmj problems or acid reflux problems, because I have both. Anyone else have the throat problems? If so can you explain your symptoms?

hello! had a couple of questions about the activities list for the UC app:
- should I list UCLA TAP and UCI H2H as Educational Preparation Programs or should I leave them off? Just wondering if I should include them since they are options on the dropdown list, but they would be very similar to my description for being an honors student.
- does receiving a stipend for a summer program count as a Work Experience? or something else?
- does it matter if I fill all 20 spaces? should I actually include my hobbies? someone also suggested I put high school ECs but they were just club positions that don't have much to do with my major, more community-based (but my app has a good amount of community service involved)

So I have around 100 hours in the game
I started like a month ago but im used to shooters and quickly got much better.
I did a couple ranked but people were afk and I ended up like silver 1 3 weeks ago or so.
Then I spammed WT which got me MUCH better at the game, I got Emerald 1 this morning
Im now playing ranked and Im already mid gold after a few games. I even saw plat players and I can't tell the difference. Most lobbies are quite easy the difference with WT is wild.
I had a feeling WT was super hard but people kept telling me ranked was harder.
I made a friend with a guy whos ruby and he told me I could probably make it to diamond I regularly saw stacks of diamond or even ruby players in WT.
On average my WT games are diamond ish elo I think especially if I queue with people.
This isn't to brag or anything but ranked is much more chill so far. Im sure it changes later on but im not sure why WT is so hard. Theres also many players already E1 but still playing it.
