I've worked in OPD at my store for a total of 2 and a half year. I quit for a but but came back and they stuck me there again. Honestly it just sucks so much. My story does nearly 700 orders per day and we always feel short staffed. They never schedule us enough people for the hours we're actually busy. Any time anyone mentions this or Coach and team leads brush it off by saying "oh we can't hire anyone for those hours." THEN WHY IS OUR ORDER CAP FOR THOSE HOURS SO HIGH!!!
And the weekend so my god. I go in at 6am and every Saturday and Sunday when I get there we have 3000+ picks in our system. Last Sunday we almost hit 5000 at 7am. Despite this, and the fact that we literally get behind every week, and have to call people from other decrements, our store and market managers do nothing to help. It's so frustrating and honestly makes me hate the department so much.

Appreciate any advice or suggestions on this routine. For context I’m a 35/m, who used to lift regularly up through college but since then I have done very little for my physical health.
Ultimately would like to get back to genuinely feeling like I’m a physically healthier person.
Figured I would start with a PPL routine. I have a sense of good form and also want to incorporate stretching as a daily habit. So will listen to my body if I feel like I’m over doing it.
Guess my main concern is if the below routine is inefficient for the time it requires. Not sure it would benefit any exercise subs or reduced total number of exercises.

She flew me out to dump me a month after being on a trip with me where she was so sweet and loving, wrote a long note with things like "I promise no matter the distance and no matter what happens, I will always be with you", you know. And it's not like something drastic happened like I cheated or something. She just all of a sudden got distance over text and would not tell me what's wrong, and then flew me out and stonewalled me and was rude to me and then dumped me after like 3 days of ignoring me and bitching at me. I'm sorry to use that term but that's what she was doing to be honest.
She said we could "check in" once a week and I posted on here bc I have no friends and my "family" doesn't give a fuck and I was encouraged to just go no contact, and it was also suggested that she cheated. So I sent her something like this:
"I know what's going on and I'm not going to be naive anymore. We either need to talk this out or go our separate ways. And I'm sorry but did you cheat on me? I promise I won't be mean to you or tell anyone, I just don't want to spend the rest of my life wondering."
She immediately flipped shit saying "you think I'm some disgusting fucking whore?" like one response after that and we argued. I told her she used me and didn't care about me and that she lies and makes false promises. All true but I regret saying it. She went off on me, told her mom and her mom called me and told me to stop talking to her bc she was having a meltdown and apparently needed her mom like with her during/after it. So 4 months later I asked for pictures and she went off on me again, calling me an asshole and all that and I begged her to stop. 2 hours in she chilled out and we caught up and she said I could talk to her a month later.
So I waited an entire fucking month just to be told she can't talk to me because she is already dating someone and I lost it, I didn't call her names or insult her but I told her she uses people that don't deserve and hurts them and doesn't care, and brought up a guy she fucked over pretty bad at the beginning/genesis of our relationship. I was honest again, but still. She degraded, insulted me and emasculated me worse than she ever had before, calling me a boy and not a man and all that and that's when she said fuck you, three times. And I can never talk to her again.
It's been almost a year but I still cannot get over it. I know that I wouldn't have been here if she had called me and broke up withe and been mature and responsible about it, I know this isn't natural and it's a reaction from extreme emotional duress and anguish but I am still upset with myself. All I had to do was just delete her number and wait for her to text me, but no, I had to fucking start fights and she hates me and I can never talk to her again.
I wish I could talk to her just once a month. It would do so much for me. I'm so miserable.
