2024.11.29 00:37 bschultz03 Faderpro AND Audible Genius?
I’m a big noob when it comes to producing so I really wanted some guided help.
I just signed up for FaderPro.
I was really thinking of getting FaderPro as well as Syntorial from Audible Genius. They have a bundle for Syntorial and their building blocks 1 & 2. But I see that FaderPro has a whole 6 hour section on synths so I’m wondering if it’s redundant to get both? I assume Syntorial will have a lot more detail and I can use their Building Blocks to help with starting producing as well.. just not sure if I’m wasting my money singing up for both. Anyone have experience with both/either of these that can give me some helpful insight? It would be much appreciated! Cheers.

2024.11.29 00:37 yourmotherschair Advice going into my final week of prep as a dyslexic who is good at maths but struggles with quant + mental fatigue in the exam
TLDR: I have a background in maths but perform badly in the quant sections relatively what can I do? With extra time my exam is 3.5hrs what can I do to help manage mental fatigue?
I am taking the online GMAT next Thursday and wanted feedback on my mocks and how to specifically address my different between my quant score and the other two section.
My previous two mock were a 645 (DI84, Q76, V85) and a 615 (DI81, Q78, V83). As you can see the quant questions are what I holding me back. I was happy with the 645 as this is the median for the school I am applying for a generally fairly competitive school but I know a lot quant score would make me look worse as a candidate. I was frustrated with my quant scores and did only the quant section of another previous paper and scored an 86 which if combined with my 645 score (I know this is cheating) I got a 705 which is the high end of my target.
I find this a little surprising as I do think I am good at maths in general. I did maths and further maths at A level and am studying a degree which has a strong maths basis. However I do wonder if it is a question of time management. As a dyslexic I get 1.5x extra time and with that for DI and Verbal I has 20 min to go back and review questions I had noted down as difficult.. However, for quant I had less than 5 min left and wasn't able to do any meaningful reviewing of questions.
My main two questions are, how do I address this time pressure which pushes me into making silly mistakes and how can I help manage mental fatigue during the exam. With extra time my exam ends up lasting 3.5hrs. What should I do during the break and should I do after the quant which I do first.

So I'm going to be purchasing a .5 acre lot from a guy I know. It's a rural location next to a state highway(not a huge amount of traffic). The plot needs cleaned it's hugely over grown. But that's not what I'm here for. I have been in love with A-Frames since I was a teenager and saw the kit for an A-Frame tiny home at the local lumberyard. I'm trying to figure out dimensions, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. I was considering a kit but they're expensive I'm looking to do this on a lower budget. Any suggestions, recommended designers plans, kits?
Side note, anyone done a stone/brick fireplace? I love stone fireplaces but I know it would be a major expense to build one.

i made so many posts here and on other websites, searched everywhere for years, just to find absolutley nothing about the game, i guess this is my last try.
i do not remember much, almost nothing except:
- i belive it's horror game i played somewhere around 12-15 years ago
- the game is point and click (i think im not 100% sure) but you "walk" around room to room, i belive it's in first person
- the only scene from the game i remember is on one scene the room is black and white (i cant remember if the whole game is black and white but i dont think that it is) and in that room, again i think it's a walking freezer (not littelary freezer that is walking but a room that is cold) and there is meat hanging in the room, i belive it's human meat but im not sure. also it might not be hanging but in a freezer when you open it, im not sure tho.
- the game much be super obscure beacuse i never even found a hint about it anywhere on the internet.
that is pretty much all that i remember from the game, also it must be old game beacuse i remember playing it on my pc with the thick monitor (im sure you know what i mean)
so yeah i really hope someone can help me with this beacuse i really wanna play it again or at least see the game. i really tried to find it everywhere but never did.
