My dog of 14 years got cancer, we did surgery and vet said it may come back but did not refer us to cancer vet for chemo to kill anything he missed, it came back in 2 months and worse, he then said he cant help and refered us to cancer center for him. We did chemo meds, but he kept getting worse, we are loosing the battle. He was fine except bleeding cancer sores and some small episodes of faffing iver and passing out. We had to think of putting him to rest. Many places were so expensive we coyld not affird tgem. Talked to his vet explained we did not want 5o do this, but thought he may be suffering. We told him we wanted to be there the whole time and i wanted to be holding him and lookibg into his eyes when he took his last breath. We took him a few weeks later to do the procedure and tge nurse took him back for the iv to be put in and tgey brought him back dead. I was told he was only sedated and i ask why tgey did that i said i wanted to be there the whole time. Tgey said he was trying to get away so tgey sedated him, but he was already euthenized when i got him back. Holding his lufeless little body tore me to pieces and they acted fast and gave him more injections saying nothing until he quickly pulled out his thesiscope to hear his heart and said hes gone. Adter i left i kept thinking of how he was not breathing and it was wrong i contacted them, the vet said he was just sedated ,but that was not true and i did not get to say goodbye. It haunts me still today and it has been a few months already . I cry almost every day over it and i miss him, but i feel like i let him down giving him to tgem and the last face he seen was the vet killing him. Is there snyrhing i can do so this never happens to another fur mom and dad. I love my boy sora and i miss him everyday. Sincerly mom of my boy sora

Did anybody else ever feel a bit sorry for Robert? Sure, he kinda bummed along until he found his way ultimately but he was harmless overall! She was always miserable clearly they had a terrible marriage and she left first. I would ve taken my damn money and those red roses and ran!!!! Honestly was his character even that terrible or they were just a poor compatibility match from the get go. And we all do stupid shit when we're young, so that doesn't necessarily count here in this post..

Hola! El asunto es que por primera vez estoy vendiendo un carro y no sé cómo se procede en el sentido de que soy consciente de que pagar unos tantos millones no es algo fácil y generalmente la gente tiene que recurrir a préstamos para poder comprarlos.
Ahora, cuando uno vende una casa unos tantos millones pide un tipo de enganche para darle tiempo a la persona para que haga los trámites. Mi pregunta es: se suele hacer lo mismo cuando se vende un carro?

2025.01.18 01:52 JKmelda Ready to branch out from YA
I’ve mostly stuck with children’s literature, YA, and some classics because I don’t like books that are too heavy. I don’t like things that are dark, heart wrenching, violent etc. But I’m getting tired of YA and I’m interested in reading something more adult.
For reference, Ender’s Game is the absolute darkest I’m willing to go. (I actually couldn’t finish that series because it got too much on the 3rd book.)
And for more context, I’ve been battling depression lately and feeling really sad about how my chronic illness and disabilities have stolen any semblance of a normal 20’s (I’m 29 and staring at 30 coming ever closer.) I want something that’s not going to make me mourn missing out of that era of life.
I’m kind of open to anything not heavy, as long as I can find it in audio book format (I have a reading disability.) I prefer a series if possible. And I love worlds that I can escape into. My one absolute stipulation is that I don’t want any sex scenes. TIA
