Deloaded 10 lbs since I felt I wasn't hitting depth last couple sessions. Only squatting outside the rack for sake of the form check.
I'm trying out talon grip and going slightly wider to manage my current round of shouldeelbow pain.
I've been battling my hips shifting backward on work sets for a while. Time to bring out the TUBOW or is there something else more important for me to correct?

Title says it all. It seems like for me sativa strains in edibles are mellow while indica edibles are too much but when it comes to floweconcentrates sativa induces anxiety while indica is more mellow. Anyone else have this reaction to different methods of consumption for the traditional terpenes found in sativa/indica strains?

This might come off as oddly specific, and I’m not even sure if something like this exists, but I’m looking for a tarot deck with a very particular vibe. I’ll just describe it here and try to evoke the feeling I’m after:
It’s a deck that I imagine Hecate herself might use—timeless but in the sense of outside of time…unfathomably ancient…older than the oldest crone…a reminder that the meanings are far older than the “invention” of the cards in the medieval Visconti-Sforza or the Marseille decks. One that she would use to read someone’s cards at the crossroads between worlds.
Personally, I’m very weary of contemporary revivals of paganism. Hecate for me should not feel comprehensible. Lovecraftian but not in the sense of Lovecraftian horror or madness, but something impossibly ancient…as old as time itself. I guess I would want it to feel…inhuman without being identifiable as belonging to a certain time or place culturally.
They would not be overly detailed in a pedagogical sense as she would not need to learn to read cards as a human would, but they would still be arcane and yet have a simplicity to them…a reminder that the truths of the universe are both incredibly simple and yet concealed…they might not even have the names of cards on them (again she wouldn’t need them…we humans would have to consult a guidebook). The Hermetic tarot is too overly wrought and scholarly in my opinion.
I’m definitely not looking for a modern aesthetic or contemporary paganism since these in a sense would point to how human beings understand these things. I’m not even sure such a deck exists outside of something custom made for a film or tv show.
Does such a deck exist?

I recently turned 18 and my friend and i decided to see what tinder is like for gay guys here where we live, and i matched with this guy who's 20 turning 21. I've been talking to him a bit, the question i have is, is it a bit weird for an 04 and 07 to be talking and dating? Like ultimately i always say my upper limit for age is 5 years older and he isn't really that much older. But where we live in still in essentially high school and he's working. Idk please give me advice.

I turned 19 in January, and I really need to U turn my life. I only have one year left as a teenager, and I'm scared I might be cooked if I don't sort myself out this year.
I've had health issues for over a year. I was academic, but stopped going to school in Year 13 and only got 2 A levels (C and D in history and politics). I've worked in retail for the last year and now am on sick pay while sat on endless waiting lists. Healthcare is free but for the last year and a half no progress has been made
A big problem is I have been smoking weed for the last 5 years. Since 16 I have smoked daily to help with my pains, but I quit weed for the new year and can now see the damage it has done to me. I've been employed since 16 and only ever spent money on weed, and have no savings. I also have no hobbies, motivation or appetite, and need to find things to do now I'm not high all day anymore.
I feel left behind as everyone went to university last year, but I don't have good grades and would not get into a good university. I don't want a job which requires a specific degree, but if I don't go I'm scared I'll be stuck doing jobs I hate. Today is the ucas deadline anyway so I do not think going this year is likely at all
I want to do a skilled job which contributes to society with experience that is applicable. Jobs I would consider are the forces, manual labour or a trade, but I'm too sick to do anything like that currently. I would consider moving countries for work too if healthier. My dream would be a role in the civil service. I'm politically orientated and an active member in a local party which could give me experience in government, the problem is I lack experience which would give me an edge on a CV. I'm continuing my political work and doing some work with trade unions.
I just need advice on what to do, I live with my parents but we don't speak and I know I only have a couple years until they want me out. I feel I lack a lot of life experience and since school ended I have just been existing, I need to get earning, saving and in a position to stand on my own two feet. And I wanna get out of retail!
